If I really included every way that Island Creek Events went above and beyond to make my day and the whole planning process perfect, this would be a novel. From the beginning, Katharine was attentive, detail oriented, and answered my hundreds of questions with a smile on her face and thorough information. Not only did she keep me on track and keep me sane via email and phone calls, she came to multiple site visits to make sure everyone was on the same page and we all felt comfortable with logistics. Katharine and her team have a magical way of making you feel like your day is the ONLY day on her calendar despite supporting other events, and we truly felt like we got the VIP experience. She was quick to respond whenever there was a concern, she even helped me negotiate some last minute hiccups with our venue that felt too overwhelming to handle on our own. Her level of organization is outstanding, and all of the random thoughts or ideas that I had floating in my brain she jotted down to take all the weight off my shoulders. When it came to the day of the event, she put out more fires that I can count and some I wasn't even aware of. She was the reason that our wedding day was perfect, our guests were happy, and made it an unforgettable night for all. 100/10 recommend Island Creek Events.

Our wedding was postponed in 2020 and 2021 due to COVID. This year we decided to finally do this thing. With two months to finalize plans. And a budget of roughly 6K. Our wedding coordinator, photographer, and caterer were no longer available. I posted in one of my Facebook groups looking for help and Johnnie came to the rescue right away. She helped us narrow down food options and find affordable entertainment, HMU, and photography. Our wedding was a super casual lakeside affair. Our venue was a former girl scout camp and we had weekend events all over the grounds. Once the golf cart got there, Johnnie was zooming around, making sure that everyone and everything were where they needed to be when they needed to be there. She went above and beyond, and if there were any hiccups in our big day I didn’t (and still don’t) know about them. I don’t think you can ask for anything more. I highly recommend hiring Johnnie and Co Events for your event planning needs!!

I cannot say enough about Maddie and her team. During the planning process, Maddie was helpful and responsive with anything that was asked of her. She was also was a constant support to calm nerves and anxiety during the planning process; offering solutions to challenges faced, as well as an amazing DJ. Maddie was nine months pregnant and her little one was expected around the same time as my daughters wedding and ended up having to go on bedrest. Maddie continued to work with us throughout, and on the wedding day she sent her absolutely amazing team to make sure that there was not one hiccup in the day. They were incredibly kind, attentive, worked like nobody’s business and just amazing women who got the job done. There was not one thing that we needed that they did not attend to and make sure was completed. It is because of Maddie and her team that my daughter and I did not have to think or worry about any set up beforehand, the smoothness of the ceremony, any needs during the reception and clean up afterwards. Maddy & Cass are the best and everyone needs to hire them for their wedding!! From the start, they were professional, easy to communicate with, quickly responsive to emails, and eager to get started planning our wedding!! We met a few months prior to the wedding at the venue to see the space and talk all things details. Leading up to the wedding, they were on the ball with everything and double checking in on things that I wasn't thinking of or had over looked, etc. They communicated with all the vendors on our behalf and made sure everyone was on the same page with details, timing, etc. They are both so sweet and genuinely nice people and it was awesome to have them there for the rehearsal and the wedding day!! Megan Frye with a Tid Bit Bridal and the Wedding Coordinator for our family's wedding was just what we needed without knowing we needed help with so many details. Wonderful to work with as the family of the bride, the family of the groom, with the multiple vendors. Communication skills are on the spot always mindful of time, tracking details and pulling together the many parts of a wedding to have an event from early in the day through the very end of the day departing the venue that ran so smoothly. My wife and I had a 5 star experience with Grace & Glory Weddings and Events. And that's because Victoria single handedly made our wedding happen despite all of the challenges that we, and the world, threw at her. We were originally looking for just a day-of coordinator, but it was clear after our first meeting that we needed a wedding planner. Victoria had everything we were looking for - most importantly, being a stern leader and knowing what needs to be done, without adding any extra stress leading up to, and on the day of the wedding. From the get-go, she had great advice about how to pull a wedding together, despite our lack of a vision for the details. Victoria took the lead, providing checklists to help keep us on schedule with all of the minor and major details, and taking the few ideas we had and forming them into a full vision for our wedding. She was fantastic at getting our input to make sure the wedding day reflected us. When the pandemic caused us to delay our wedding and change the venue entirely, Victoria took these massive changes in stride and blew away all of our expectations. Working with Robin of VOG Events was a great decision! She gave us lots of vendor suggestions but gave us the freedom to make decisions on our own. Working with other wedding vendors and signing contracts can be filled with new language, but Robin was very knowledgeable and took the time to help us understand the things we didn’t understand throughout the process. She also gave great tips on what to ask for or look for when choosing vendors and making decisions about minor details and how our day would flow. When it came to the wedding day Robin and her team executed things flawlessly! If something did go wrong we would have never known because they always had everything under control. Robin and her team were prompt, professional, and very personable.

My husband and I truly thought that we could handle the wedding planning ourselves, but as we got to the final stretch, we realized we needed some help. We hired them for the final three months of the wedding and it was the best decision we made in that stage of the process. In addition to handling all vendor communication, timeline design and execution and day-of coordination, Andi made herself available for any/all questions, calls, and sounding board needs and moments with me, my husband and my mom. She brought to the process immense patience, thoughtfulness, kindness, and professionalism. Day-of, her work and the work of her co-team member, Jen, allowed all of us to really just take in the day and stay as present and grounded as possible. At one point, me and my bridal party went to get into our car to go the venue, and the car didn't start. We could not have pulled off our wedding without the Lovehaus team. We used Lovehaus for styling and partial planning (planning starting at 6-mo out). My husband and I are the biggest procrastinators, and combined with very busy and time-consuming jobs, I knew that we would never be the wedding planners that we needed to be. A friend recommended Lovehaus and we're so thankful she did. Tabitha was our coordinator and she is a real-life angel organizer, who kept all our timelines on track, kept us in check, and handled all the coordination with our vendors so that we could have a stress-free wedding day. Not only did she work directly with all our vendors so we didn't even have to think about it, but she also helped us make decisions when we were indecisive (which was more often than not) and shared her recommendations for vendors and helped us choose the ones that best fit our needs. She joined all the vendor meetings too, asking questions I would never have thought of and helping me to create shot lists or decide on food options. Separate from vendor coordination, she helped to style the beautiful wedding we were hoping for, creating a style guide that perfectly reflected what we asked for and choosing or creating design elements (linens, florals, signage) we loved. She even helped share recommendations for all the bridal party dresses that everyone loved using as their inspo, which helped to create such a beautiful and fun pink moment for my bridesmaids. In addition to all her planning expertise, she was amazing the day of the wedding with her assistant, Shaun. The two of them kept our timelines on track and got us where we needed to be, when we needed to be there. No one had to stress about a thing as they had everything covered. They were even able to get a lovely orange stain off the front of my dress from the pollen on a flower in my bouquet before the ceremony. Everyone in the bridal party was raving about the Lovehaus team and how well they handled the whole day. I cannot thank Tabitha and the Lovehaus team enough for all they did for us. 100/10 would absolutely, most definitely, without a doubt, recommend.

My husband and I knew we wanted a backyard tented blow-out party for our wedding reception. We also knew that in order to pull it off, we would need a wedding General Contractor. I interviewed and got quotes from three planners and immediately hit it off with Jennifer Supper. The rapport was evident from our first communication. We had a our big ideas, but the details were not as important to us. We gave Jen our vision, let her in on our tastes and general vibe we were looking to portray. She literally did the rest. She introduced us to a caterer who specialized in outdoor tented events, long before the pandemic forced everyone outdoors; she introduced us to a florist who she knew would pull off our aesthetic; she introduced us to the most beautiful tent company; a luxury bathroom trailer and a stationary company that suited our tastes. In short, she did everything we wanted a planner to do and then some. We planned five separate events with different menus over a three day period and had really complicated invite lists. On the day of, her team handled all the expected and the unexpected (like my string trio lead sending a substitute trio because she got COVID at the last minute) with grace and humor. I had no idea anything was amiss until the next day. Which is exactly how I expected it to go with the professionals at Kaleidoscope Weddings. We had "the best wedding ever" according to my guests.

Our wedding was small and casual, and despite her usual role running highly produced weddings, she was supportive, encouraging, and flexible to roll with our vision. A week before when a couple of unexpected issues came up, Alexis met with me at the venue over a drink to talk things through again and provided authentic support that turned around my whole energy about it all. Her team member Nicole was our onsite coordinator and she took my materials and impeccably delivered on the look and setup at the venue. It was a huge value to have someone prepared to listen to what our vision was and then make some of the last decisions and judgment calls to get it there -- because my husband and I are decidedly NOT event professionals. Thanks Alexis and Nicole for making sure we didn't have to manage details on the day of the wedding and for your support in the weeks ahead of it!!!

My wedding was set in the backyard of my uncle's rural property in western New Jersey. There were many unique challenges associated with this venue choice: parking on a bumpy lawn, scarcity of indoor restrooms, a long driveway which made for tricky rental delivery. Candice and her team found us the valet who would make it happen, the more deluxe mobile restrooms any of our guests had seen, and on the day of my wedding, she solved delivery mishaps before I even heard about then. And the visual design! Everything came out exactly as I wanted it to, and beyond. I was surprised on the day of my wedding with gorgeous wildflower floral arrangements in small glass vases. The day was a perfect blend of flowery laid-back visuals while still feeling elegant and allowing the natural environment to sing. My wedding bouquet, a Styled Stem design, was absolutely perfect, and Candice's completely independent design and creation. One more thing: this team attended the most sentimental day of our lives and fit right in among our family and friends. They worked incredibly hard, but with such grace and good humor, they felt like family. We cannot recommend The Planning Bee highly enough! We hired Lauren to help with our pre and post wedding events, and she went ABOVE and BEYOND our expectations. Charissa is an excellent planner and coordinator! I started working with her with our venue booked, but pretty much no other vision or idea of how I wanted our wedding to be. She was patient, provided suggestions and recommended excellent vendors to help it all come together, and was also on top of all vendor communications. It was also super easy to schedule time and get in touch with her throughout the whole process (15 months of planning!), even if it was just for 10-minute call to touch base on random questions that we had. She, Kevin and Melissa also did an excellent job coordinating day-of and making sure everything was set up, cleaned up, and ran smoothly. She was also available throughout the day (and into the winddown at night!) to answer any questions that came up. Having Charissa and her team really removed so much stress from wedding planning and the wedding day. Highly recommended!
