Our Perfect Fit and Complete Curation allow you to choose where you want to be involved, and are great packages for clients who are planning from remote locations or unfamiliar with the area in which their event is being held. The Absolute Essentials packages are built for those looking for extra support and guidance in the final planning stages, but who still want to be in charge and hands on throughout the entire process - until the day of, when they'd like to be able to live in the moments they've planned. This is a great package for those with busy schedules or for procrastinators who will need a push here and there. Inquire for a custom quote!	Designed for those who are in need of event management services and want full day coordination coverage on event day. This package is great for those who have a strong handle on their planning process and vendor selection, but wish to be present in the moments on event day. Not just a planner, a partner who cares
This recommendation won’t even come close to acknowledging everything Erin and her team did for me and my family throughout the wedding planning process - Erin is more than just a planner, she becomes part of your family. From the very initial meetings, she asked questions not just about the event, but about us as a couple, and she was genuinely interested, not just checking a box on a spreadsheet. She asked what was most important to us and kept those things front of mind throughout the process to keep us grounded. Anytime there was an issue, she proactively came up with options for a solution. Anytime plans changed a bit, she remained calm and flexible. She kept us on task and moving through to do’s without making it stressful. And she’s so fun to work with - calls often ran over because we ended up gabbing about something entirely unrelated to the wedding which helped make the planning process incredibly enjoyable. She also helped us put together an absolute rock star vendor team based on what we voiced was important to us and our vibe and communication style. The actual weekend of the wedding, Erin and her team were on deck to handle anything and everything. They did it all - setup, tear down, answering questions, helping with last minute tasks, running things back and forth between welcome drinks, rehearsal, church, and reception venue. It took all of the stress off our plates so we could all enjoy the day - especially parents/family members who I feel often get roped into helping with many of those last minute to do’s. The whole team was fabulous day of! My younger sister was dealing with some medical issues in the lead up to the wedding and I only just now found out, Erin was scheming with my Mom and now husband on a game plan to still share her speech should she not be able to attend. This epitomizes Erin to a tee. She doesn’t do it for the credit or the accolades. She does it because she truly cares and wants to make your wedding day the best day of your life. So I cannot recommend Erin enough! If you want to enjoy the planning process, have a partner who prioritizes your goals, and someone who truly cares about you as people not just clients, then Erin is the planner for you!

I literally cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Erin and her team. I’m a type A person who struggles with relinquishing control over things, and Erin immediately made me feel at ease. Her attention to detail, her deep care, and creativity blew me away. I don’t know how we would have done our wedding day without her. It was by far one of the best decisions we made to hire her and her team. Thank you for helping to make our dream wedding come true!

The BEST team around!
In every lifetime, I would choose Erin and her team to help me with my wedding. Not only did they go above and beyond anything I could’ve ever hoped in a wedding planner/coordinator - Erin and John (the dynamic duo) are absolutely the most genuine, kind, and sweetest people you will EVER meet. They truly have an eye for making sure everything goes smoothly and keeping the wedding party happy and excited on a day that can tend to be stressful and overwhelming. Not only were they absolutely helpful and amazing when it came to planning the wedding - the execution of my dream day went without a hitch. If there was anything going on that could’ve caused me stress, I never and still have no idea that it happened. I could sing them praises for my entire life if I could - my day would have never been as perfect without them in it.

Effortless, excellent and wonderful!
Working with Ryan Planning Plus was the best decision we made for our wedding. Erin and her team were efficient and thoughtful from start to finish, responding quickly to our questions and keeping everything organized without making us feel rushed. They took our vision and turned it into something real, handling all the decor and memory wall with such care and detail. Micro Weddings Still Need Amazing Planners
