Let's face it, every couple needs wedding planning help and traditional full-blown wedding planning is super expensive! At The Venlist, we're providing a modern way for busy couples to get wedding planning help at a price point that fits their budget from coast to coast.
The Venlist was founded to provide couples the flexibility to craft their own wedding planning package and choose what they want to pay for. To assist busy to-be-weds, we offer virtual wedding planning sessions, budget formulation, vendor management, hotel room block assistance, vendor contract review, event design assistance, vendor hunting services, day-of wedding coordination in certain locations, and much more. Our most popular virtual wedding planning package starts at $850! We love spreading out the payments on a monthly basis to make it more affordable for you!

I had the best experience with The Venlist. I was fortunate to work with two great planners, first Kyra, and then Brittany. Kyra really understood what I was going for and was excellent at helping me plan, so I was bummed when she left. However, Brittany is absolutely amazing. She’s the absolute best at what she does. She goes above and beyond for you and she will definitely deal with any vendor issues you may have. Brittany is the main reason why my wedding vision was properly executed and brought to life. The Notion platform was perfect in keeping track of all things wedding, and I loved the style of it. Brittany is such a great person and easy to connect with. I will definitely keep in touch with her even after my wedding.

We used the Venlist for our day-of-coordination service and it was fantastic! From the initial booking, Brittany was personable, warm, and so easy to work with! In our month of meetings, Brittany was completely prepared and very communicative. We felt totally confident leading up the days before our wedding that everything would be taken care of. Brittany is a gem and made our day run so smoothly! We are so grateful to the Venlist for all of the hard work and care that was put forth for our big day!

I cannot say enough incredible things about Erin. Above and beyond does not begin to cover it! Look no further for any of your wedding planning needs. We hired Erin for our month of coordinator almost 2 years in advance. From the beginning, she was very responsive, informative, kind, and helpful. I am pretty organized, and she consistently thought of questions I didn't! I was very impressed with her demeanor with myself and the rest of our vendors. Our venue required a pre-approved coordinator, and Erin took the steps to contact them to make sure she would work out, and we are so glad she did! She did everything she said she would and then some. She reached out to all of our vendors, worked with us on our timeline (many times!), attended our rehearsal, and never got frustrated even when we had a lot going on. Erin felt more like a friend than a coordinator, and we are so happy we got to spend our special day with her. Our day went so smoothly from start to finish, and we know this is due to Erin's impeccable attention to detail. If you are looking to have an incredible day with a crisp timeline and no stress - Erin is your gal!
