When I take photographs, my goal is to stay as true to the moment as possible. Hopefully, when you look at my photos years down the road, you won't just say "that's how we looked", instead you'll say "that's how we were". I love photographing - brides laughing with bridesmaids and close friends, champagne toasts (or whiskey), the point in the night when everyone switches from high heels to flip flops (or converse), drunk dancing, and, most importantly, stolen glances across crowded rooms.     When we decided to do a courthouse wedding with little time or planning, I seriously doubted we would find a fabulous photographer. Of the local photographers that we found in a Google search, Darcy was the only one that offered affordable, smaller packages that met our needs, matched our vibe and produced incredible, perfect photos of our day. She was easy to work with, communicative, professional, and brought out the true joy of that moment. She captured posed group shots with our family, and the greatest shots of the day when we had no idea she was even shooting. At one point she told us to just go ...walk..and be yourselves. She delivered a video within days after the wedding followed by the full gallery of shots a few days later. I highly recommend Darcy to capture any event that requires special care and warmth!!
