I am part of a husband and wife team. My husband Pete is a laidback Minnesotan and I grew up in Germany. Between the two of us we speak multiple languages. Though we are based in the DC metro area we love to travel for destination weddings!

Photographing weddings is personal to us because we chose not to hire someone for our own wedding! When we decided to cut costs the first thing that we crossed off the list was the wedding photographer. We had family and friends take pictures and we have been regretting that decision ever since because may of our most important memories live only inside our heads! Most of our emotions and interactions with our loved ones were not captured on film.

Simply the best
They were amazing. We got endless compliments about how special our photos were, and they made the day so, so special. They really go out of their way to make sure everything is handled and provide a calming, empathetic, and professional presence. Highly recommend making this wonderful couple a part of your celebration.

Anji and Pete were a dream to work with
Anji and Pete were incredible from start to finish, for both our engagement shoot and wedding day. Both my partner and I are not especially comfortable in front of the camera, but Anji and Pete put us at ease immediately. We couldn't be happier with how the photos turned out - they were shot and edited so beautifully, and going through the gallery really feels like reliving all of the best moments of the day. I would jump at the chance to work with them again, couldn't recommend them more highly!

Just incredible!
Anji and Pete were an absolute delight to work with. Their creative vision is so beautiful and lively, and personally they were wonderful at our engagement shoot and on the wedding day. Any engaged friends of ours are getting referred to them, no question.

Could not recommend more highly!!
My partner and I are big fans of Anji and Pete. We’re both a bit camera shy and they are wonderful at creating a fun, relaxed atmosphere and helping us find natural poses. Their photos are BEAUTIFUL. They are skilled at taking candids that capture the emotions of the moment. We’ve had the pleasure of taking engagement, wedding, and maternity photos with Anji and Pete, and look forward to continuing to work with them to capture and share the special moments in our lives.
