My only choice!
I hired Emie about a year and half ago for some engagement photos, and I have since booked her for 2 other shoots not including our wedding. After our first round of shots, John and I (who are not camera people) felt immediately comfortable, and we left thinking that Emie and Mike were our new best friends. They are the type of people who you just WANT to have around! Outside of personality, her professionalism and attention to detail is UNMATCHED. She has always gone above and beyond our expectations of her, and always has a fun surprised tucked under her sleeve. She will take my inspiration and make it into my reality. We love her so much, that we could not, not have her at our wedding in Michigan. She is worth every penny. Aside from being our photographer, she has even given me great advice for wedding logistics. I could say 1,000 different great things about Emie, and truly mean it. If you haven't decided on a photographer yet...I would highly, highly consider giving Emie's a call.
Engagement Session
Our shoot with Emie was the first shoot that we have done as a couple. Our shoot was also a giveaway that I won at a bridal expo. Emie is SO much fun to work with. Our experience was truly one of a kind. We all three clicked and it felt like we were hanging out with an old friend (who happens to take bomb photos). She told us exactly what to do when we didn’t know but also let us just be ourselves. And that’s exactly what we wanted. She captured our image effortlessly and was easy going and encouraging. She is clear with timelines and communication. If you’re looking for a photographer to capture a special moment - you will not be disappointed with Emie’s Photo. 10/10 highly recommend. Thank you again Emie!
A Truly Magical Experience
Emie is the BEST! Emie did our engagement photos. My fiance and I started out sooo awkward, but she really made us feel comfortable and loosen up. Before we knew it we were really in the swing of things, and Emie really hyped us up. Also, of note, Emie did an amazing job scouting areas for the session. She used my Pinterest board and recreated the desired atmosphere. Overall, absolutely magical!
Emie’s fantastic!
Emie covered our engagement photos, rehearsal and ceremony and was absolutely fantastic! Being the center of attention and getting photos done can be a little uncomfortable, but Emie sets you at ease and makes the whole experience wonderful! From suggesting and scouting out locations, taking our comfort levels into consideration and just being there to help with literally anything I would recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer! We have received so many compliments on the photos we’ve shared from her.
