Hi, I’m Zaida! I’m a wedding and lifestyle photographer based in Fredericksburg, Virginia, serving Northern Virginia, DC, Maryland, and wherever your wedding takes us. My style is natural, clean, and timeless, with beautiful portraits and plenty of candid moments. I was born in the Dominican Republic, raised in Puerto Rico, and speak English and Spanish. I’m also a wife, a mom of two, and someone who will always say yes to dessert! Family means so much to me, and photographing a day when all your favorite people come together is one of the things I love most about this work.

You don’t have to know how to pose—that’s what I’m here for! I’ll help you find beautiful light, give you easy direction, and keep things relaxed so you feel comfortable being yourselves. I’m paying attention to more than the two of you: your mom’s expression, your grandparents holding hands, and the friends cheering you on. You’ve put so much into bringing everyone together, and I want you to have photographs of moments you might otherwise miss. My goal is for you to enjoy your wedding, feel cared for, and open your gallery thinking, “That’s us.”

The Best Photographer
Zaida was exactly what we needed for our wedding day. She was responsive from start to finish and never hesitated to jump on a call whenever we had questions or concerns. What really stood out was how attentive she was during the event—she noticed I was anxious and kept checking in to calm my nerves, which meant the world to me. Zaida brought creative ideas to the table and captured every detail we cared about, no matter how small. Her photos are stunning and her organization made the entire process smooth. Every penny was worth it, and we couldn't imagine having anyone else behind the camera. We cannot wait to get the rest of our photos back!️

Zaida was such a blessing!
We absolutely loved having Zaida as our wedding photographer! She was amazing from beginning to end. She was professional, sweet, and somehow always right there when something was happening. She captured EVERYTHING, but we never felt rushed or like we were constantly stopping to take pictures. We were able to just be ourselves and enjoy our day. When we got our gallery, we invited our family over so we could all look at the photos together. Everyone was crying! We kept saying, “How did she even capture that?” There were so many little moments we didn’t even know she had photographed. Looking through everything felt like we were living our wedding day all over again. Zaida was honestly such a blessing to have with us that day. We loved her and would recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer. One of my bridesmaids already booked her for her wedding next year, which makes us so happy! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or more beautiful memories of our wedding day.

The sweetest one!
Zaida was amazing! She was so sweet, respectful, and easygoing from the moment we met her. She honestly felt more like a friend or part of the wedding party than our photographer. Our whole family loved her and felt so comfortable around her. She made everything feel relaxed and fun, and we never felt awkward or rushed taking photos. We loved having her there with us and are so happy we chose her to capture our day.

Couldn’t have asked for better!!!!
Zaida was amazing! She showed up early and ready to go, and she was so sweet and easy to be around. She captured all the little details throughout the day, including things I didn’t even notice in the moment, which made looking through our photos so special. Everything turned out beautiful and really captured how our wedding day felt. We’re so happy we chose Zaida and would recommend her in a heartbeat!
