Description

The Bespoke package is our most comprehensive experience where we build your ideal vendor team, coordinate all logistics, design the aesthetics, and manage the event day-of.

This package is built for the hands-on couples that want to have a bit more help than the traditional coordination package. With this package, we work together to ensure your vision is being met to the highest degree, including design assistance, vendor recommendations, and our event management services.

This is for weddings of guest counts fewer than 50 people and we offer both full and partial planning, as well as our month-of-coordination, package at a lower rate for smaller weddings.

Our The Essentials package is built for the couples who want full control of their wedding planning process but need someone to take the stress from them in the last stretch of wedding planning. This package begins services three months before and will ensure that your stunning event is executed to the highest degree.

    Geraldine was absolutely AMAZING! I couldn’t recommend her more highly. She was a true lifesaver, and I felt completely cared for throughout my entire wedding season. Her communication during both the planning process and the day-of coordination was exceptional—professional, prompt, and incredibly thorough. Much of my wedding was DIY, and I genuinely don’t think I could have pulled it off without Geraldine’s expertise and support. She’s professional, organized, and an absolute joy to be around.     Gera went above and beyond for us at every.single.turn. Her experience, advice, vision and guidance helped us feel so prepared for our big day. We had a rather logistically challenging, two-day, wedding weekend but thanks to Gera and her team, it was so smooth from start to finish. They brought our vision to life, made sure our family and friends were comfortable and taken care of, and helped block out all the “noise” so that my wife and I could enjoy the weekend and truly be present with each other. She brought care and joy into every room we entered and collaborated so seamlessly with our additional vendors. We were truly lucky to have her! Highly recommend, five stars, no notes!

    Geraldine was the best coordinator throughout the entire process. She was so organized and thoughtful; she always understood the assignment. During the planning process, she gave us guidance to create the best timeline and guest experience. We wanted something a little non-traditional while still having our guests feel like they attended a wedding, and she was always so receptive to our non-traditional ideas while suggesting wedding traditions to include. On the day-of, she handled everything. Anytime we had a moment of panic, it turns out Geraldine had it handled, like grabbing something we thought we had forgotten and communicating with other vendors. She was always a step ahead. The Velada team was the backbone to our smooth and unforgettable day.
