| Description | Our full planning package is our most comprehensive experience where we build your ideal vendor team, coordinate all logistics, design the aesthetics, and manage the event day-of. | This package is built for the hands-on couples that want to have a bit more help than the traditional coordination package. With this package, we work together to ensure your vision is being met to the highest degree, including design assistance, vendor recommendations, and our event management services. | This is for weddings of guest counts fewer than 50 people and we offer both full and partial planning, as well as our month-of-coordination, package at a lower rate for smaller weddings. | Our Event Coordination package is built for the couples who want full control of their wedding planning process but need someone to take the stress from them in the last stretch of wedding planning. This package begins services three months before and will ensure that your stunning event is executed to the highest degree. |

Working with Velada Events was truly one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning journey. From the very first hourly brainstorming session, Geraldine made us feel heard, understood, and completely supported. Each meeting was not only productive, but also inspiring — they helped us bring our ideas to life while offering thoughtful suggestions we never would have considered on our own. We left every call feeling more confident, more organized, and even more excited for our big day. Our wedding on February 21, 2025 was everything we dreamed of and more, and we truly believe the care and attention given to us during those hourly sessions played a huge role in that. Geraldine was tremendous throughout the proposal planning process. She struck the perfect balance of listening to what I wanted while making recommendations and guiding me through the various considerations. I had to push my proposal out a few days due to unforeseen circumstances. Geraldine helped me minimize costs associated with the original plan and helped me put together a new one very quickly in a new location. She reached out to venues and photographers on my behalf and helped me think about the logistics of the day. Her guidance was worth every penny and I highly recommend her for your event planning needs.
