Our Mission Statement: As a Master Certified Wedding Planner, I will cater to your needs for wedding planning, event management, and event design. We, at Forever Moments, strive to bring joy and peace of mind to your wedding day by creating a professional and comfortable environment to achieve goals together as a team.

Brittney is one of only 1 of 4 wedding planners in Virginia who hold the title of Master Certified Wedding Planner through the Certified Wedding Planner Society. We specialize in Christian Weddings, and we serve all of Northern Virginia and beyond! Our priority for every couple is to have them enjoy the planning process and be in the moment on the wedding day while our team handles all the logistics from start to finish! We take a very limited amount of weddings each year in order to give individualized focus to our couples. We've been named one of the top 5 wedding planners in Northern Virginia by Virginia Living Magazine!

    Forever Moments Review

    Choosing Brittney Poole and the Forever Moments team for their Month-of Coordination package was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From our very first meeting, Brittney made us feel completely at ease with her warmth, professionalism, and genuine excitement for our day. She was very prepared and organized right from the get go. Throughout the planning process, she was incredibly communicative (so quick to respond to emails!) and did an amazing job keeping us on track. Her thoughtful vendor recommendations made planning so much easier, and whenever we felt overwhelmed, she always had a solution that put our minds at ease. She also knew when to give us a gentle push on to-do items that needed our attention. On our wedding day, Brittney and her assistant worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure everything ran seamlessly. Because of them, we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment with our family and friends without worrying about timelines or logistics. We truly couldn't have asked for a better coordinator and are so grateful for everything Brittney and the Forever Moments team did to make our wedding day so special. We wholeheartedly recommend them to any couple!

    Best team!

    I had the opportunity to work with Forever Moments on a wedding on 05/10/2026, and Cassie and Sharon were absolutely amazing throughout the entire day. They were both so kind, organized, and attentive to every little detail, and you could truly see how much they cared about making the day feel smooth and stress-free for everyone involved. Their communication was wonderful, and they created such a calm and positive atmosphere all day long. As a photographer, it makes such a difference working with planners who are supportive, professional, and genuinely great to work with, and Cassie and Sharon were exactly that. I would absolutely love to work with them again in the future!

    Raw Bar Catering with Forever Moments

    We work with many wedding coordinators and Cassie and her Team were excellent! They communicated details ahead of time and on the day to ensure our Team knew where to go on arrival for set up. Yes, we are legally registered with the Virginia State Corporation Commission.
Yes, we have State Farm Business Liability Insurance.
As soon as possible so that we can be proactive in getting you ready for the big day! Hiring a wedding planner early can ensure finding the right vendors, staying within the budget, and saving time by avoiding mistakes.
We require our couples to use our approved vendor list with case-by-case exceptions. We dedicate an entire meeting in all of our packages to discussing the right professionals for each couple based on their budget, style, personality, and service needs. All professionals are required to be licensed and insured.
Yes; Any traveling 50 miles out from our office is subjected to an additional traveling fee.
The short answer is yes; Please feel free to contact your planner at any time with questions or ideas. However, in order for you to get the most out of your time with your planner, all non-urgent correspondence will be collected and researched as needed, and then discussed at our next scheduled meeting. We will reply to your email within 24 business hours.
For A La Carte services, we require the entire payment upfront. For wedding packages, we require a 50% non-refundable initial payment (otherwise known as a booking fee) to secure our services for your wedding date, 25% 90 days prior to the wedding date, and the remaining 25% 30 days prior to the wedding date. Payments can be negotiated and must be done prior to signing the wedding planner contract.
