Our Mission Statement: As a Master Certified Wedding Planner, I will cater to your needs for wedding planning, event management, and event design. We, at Forever Moments, strive to bring joy and peace of mind to your wedding day by creating a professional and comfortable environment to achieve goals together as a team.

Brittney is only 1 of 4 wedding planners in Virginia who hold the title of Master Certified Wedding Planner through the Certified Wedding Planner Society. We specialize in Christian Weddings, and we serve all of Northern Virginia and beyond! Our priority for every couple is to have them enjoy the planning process and be in the moment on the wedding day while our team handles all the logistics from start to finish! We take a very limited amount of weddings each year in order to give individualized focus to our couples. We've been named one of the best wedding planners in Northern Virginia, as awarded by Brides and Weddings Magazine.

Description	For couples who want all aspects of wedding planning and management covered so they can focus on their happily ever after. Wedding planning services, event design, day-of coordinator, and more are all included.	For couples who have their wedding planned, but need help with the logistics of running the events. This can include creating a seating chart, event setup/cleanup, vendor oversight, and event coordination. Couples will receive management assistance in the weeks leading up to the wedding and assist with both the rehearsal and wedding day.

While I was at first hesitant to budget for a true wedding planner, Brittney (Forever Moments) was not only worth every penny, but she also added more to our big day than I put into words here. Her professionalism was quite remarkable at times, and her amazing personality was a perfect fit for my wife and I. She was always right there when we needed her on the big day, as well as leading up to it. She had experience with Rust Manor in Leesburg already and knew some of our other vendors which made things that much easier. To me, most noteworthy was her organization and use of technology / tools leading up to the wedding. It made planning much more orderly / 'digestible' as we went through the process. It's very clear she is competent and knows what's she's doing. We cannot recommend her enough -- if you're on the fence, just book her now!

Working with Brittney at Forever Moments was the single best decision we made in the wedding planning process. From the very beginning—over 9 months out—she was by our side for every step. She provided invaluable advice, kept us organized, and helped curate the perfect vendor team that truly brought our vision to life. What makes Brittney extraordinary is not just her professionalism, but her heart. She has a gift for solving problems before they ever reach you—things that could have been stress-inducing on my end were instead handled quietly and flawlessly by her. She made complicated logistics seem effortless, offered guidance on countless decisions (big and small), and supported me through wedding issues that often felt deeply personal. She did it all with kindness, patience, and genuine care. On the wedding day itself, Brittney was the calm at the center of the storm. Everything ran seamlessly because she had thought through every detail in advance and executed with precision. Even things that were technically "off timeline" did not in any way impact our day, because she was coordinating everything perfectly. I never once worried about what was happening behind the scenes, and I was able to be fully present with my husband, family, and friends. She was also (unbeknownst to me until afterward) keeping a very close eye on me the entire night to be sure I was not stressed, I was surrounded with love and care, and was taken care of. She was constantly running interference and made my day so amazing. Brittney is not only incredibly talented and organized—she is a genuinely lovely person who becomes both planner and confidante throughout the process. I cannot imagine our wedding without her, and I cannot recommend her highly enough, especially for full-service planning. If you are looking for someone who will bring your vision to life while taking the stress completely off your shoulders, Brittney is the one. Forever grateful to her for giving us the most beautiful, joyful wedding day.

Working with Forever Moments for our clients Rust Manor wedding was an absolute pleasure. Their communication style was excellent - they were constantly available and responsive throughout the entire planning process. The quality of their work was truly luxury level, with a heartfelt and meticulous approach. As soon as possible so that we can be proactive in getting you ready for the big day! Hiring a wedding planner early can ensure finding the right vendors, staying within the budget, and saving time by avoiding mistakes.

I am open to working with a vendor I've never worked with. I will do my best to research your requested vendor and give you an honest opinion of them. While the bride and groom ultimately make the wedding decisions, I require couples to have my approval of the wedding vendor prior to booking them.

If you only hire us for wedding coordination, then we will not be the single point of contact until our services start about 6 weeks out from your wedding date. For full service, it is preferred that you allow the planner to do all of the vendor communication for your wedding to prevent any confusion or accidental hiccups in the planning process. Even if the vendor is someone you personally know, we still require all of their contact information so that we can relay your wedding needs so that your wedding day is a success.

Yes; Any traveling 50 miles out from our office is subjected to an additional traveling fee.

The short answer is yes; Please feel free to contact your planner at any time with questions or ideas. However, in order for you to get the most out of your time with your planner, all non-urgent correspondence will be collected and researched as needed, and then discussed at our next scheduled meeting. We will let you know that we received your message, but we want you to be aware that the planner may be meeting with another client or working on a wedding and therefore cannot always respond right away. Email is preferred so that we have a written record to look back to.

For A La Carte services, we require the entire payment upfront. For wedding packages, we require a 40% non-refundable initial payment (otherwise known as a booking fee) to secure our services for your wedding date, 30% 90 days prior to the wedding date, and the remaining 30% 30 days prior to the wedding date. Payments can be negotiated and must be done prior to signing the wedding planner contract.
