    Excellence is the word!

    Dana was an absolute delight to work with ! As the Officiant, she was on top of every detail, handled last minute changes & challenges etc., without a missing a beat.     Dana was Amazing!

    Dana and Cassidy were a dream team! Dana was our primary coordinator and she kept everything running on time. All our conversations in the lead up to the wedding helped me and husband get our timelines in order and she was great with our wedding staff! I highly recommend Dusk to Dawn events!

    Fully Present on my wedding day

    Cassidy and her team delivered an absolutely flawless wedding experience and highly recommend them. The pre planning process was thorough yet completely effortless on my end - she managed every vendor timeline and logistical detail without ever needing my to stress over specifics. Day of I was guided through each location seamlessly and on schedule, with complete confidence that every guest and vendor was in capable hands. Because of Cassidy dedication and expertise I was fully present and truly enjoyed every moment of my wedding day. I cannot recommend her and her team highly enough!

I plan events of any type and size! We love weddings, but also help with anniversaries, showers, birthdays, rehearsal dinners, and much more!
This depends on the rigor of the weddings. We typically coordinate up to two weddings per day, sending a lead coordinator and assistant coordinator to each event. For our planning clients, we may take on additional events, but it's a case by case basis.
We don't believe in "day-of-coordination". Month of coordination is our package for the client who isn't looking for planning support and just wants onsite event management. The package includes some additional perks like timeline creation and final venue walkthrough!
Our sister co, owned and operated by the same team, offers floral design. You can streamline design and communications by working with both us and Rita's Roses.
Each wedding is assigned a lead planner/coordinator that will be your primary point of contact. This contact is typically assigned 4-6 months prior to the wedding.
We are happy to custom tailor a planning package to your needs.
