We are a wedding planning, floral and design company. We want to become a part of your team to make your wedding or events that speak your styles. We offer wedding and events design, floral, decoration, planning and coordination services. We also source and handmake personalized wedding and events decors and gifts to make the best events and wedding details impression and wow your guests and attentees. From design to execution, Shining Time Wedding team is flexible to work with. We can collaborate with you only on creating the design, or continue to build the momentum to make your vision comes true on your wedding or event day.
The founding members of Shining Time Wedding had been working in the wedding industry as photographer, videographer, planner, decorator and florist for many years in different parts of the country before joining their creativity together and re-branding their wedding planning practice.

The Wedding Planner for Fairfax, VA
From our first conversation with Rina from Shining Time about a year ago from today, I am more than happy with my choice. Rina communicated clearly through all email, Zoom, and text, making it easy to stay connected throughout the planning process. What impressed me the most was her attention to detail. She delicately integrated all my diy items, (Place Card, party favor bags, bar sign, farewell candy), in an aesthetic way into the wedding. Even though the DIY items were not high value items, but my mom and I spent a lot of time working on it. The way she elegantly placed every item, elevating the whole venue look which I didn't know was possible, I really appreciated that. Rina and her team were genuinely warm and welcoming to our entire family. We couldn't have asked for better partners to work with, and we'd recommend them to any couple looking for a planner who goes above and beyond.

Rina with Shining Time coordination services was the best money spent throughout the wedding planning process. She was attentive from start to finish, with spreadsheets and documents that had the day run smoothly. Frequent meetings and check ins prior to the wedding left Rina without any questions on the big day so that you could enjoy each moment as the bride. She was punctual at the rehearsal, and come wedding day, I had not one worry since I knew everything was safe in Rina’s hands. If you are looking for a reliable, kind and responsible coordinator, Rina with Shining Time is your go-to. I also love supporting a female owned business :)

Wonderful coordinator!
We were so pleased with the work that Shining Time did for our wedding (both month-of-coordinator and flowers). Her work as the month-of-coordinator was great. She was really easy to work with and made the day go smoothly! Rina came by the house the morning of the wedding to pick up last-minute decorations and dropped off the bouquets. She and her assistant made sure that the venue looked perfect and I didn’t need to worry about anything! We also used Shining Time as our florist, and I’m so pleased that we went with her services! The flowers were amazing - so beautiful! I just told Rina what my inspiration was (and sent her some photos of centerpieces from their website) and the result was wonderful! They looked like they were right out of an English garden! We did not want to spend too much on flowers and she kept everything within our budget, and she repurposed the large ceremony flowers into the reception venue.

A fabulous team!
We decided to hire Rina for month-of coordination due to her very reasonable rates. By the time we booked, Rina herself was unavailable the day of our event so we worked with her colleague, Ana. WHAT AN AMAZING TEAM! Rina was responsive and thoughtful in advance of our wedding, helping us coordinate a perfect timeline of vendor arrival and set-up. Ana was so on her game on the day of, making sure absolutely everything ran like clockwork and remembering little things along the way that I would have completely forgotten about out. I cannot recommend their services enough!
