Naomi Was Our Wedding Day MVP!
We absolutely loved working with Island Creek Events! We worked with Naomi, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything ran seamlessly on our wedding day. She truly hustled—from managing vendors to keeping us calm and on schedule. The day flowed perfectly from start to finish. Throughout the entire planning process, Naomi was always available to answer our questions and offer thoughtful guidance. I couldn’t have done this without her! From handing me a Shout wipe when I got makeup on my dress to helping my sister bustle my gown, she was there for absolutely everything. You can truly lean on her and the Island Creek Events team. We can’t recommend them enough!

Island creek events was amazing from start to finish. Naomi made my wedding day everything I dreamed it to be. Even with a incoming storm she made sure I was stress free and had a plan b and c for rain. I booked them for 2 months out and it was worth every penny.
The BEST Planners!
I have worked with a ton of planners over my 20 years as a wedding photographer and by far Island Creek Events is one of THE best. Communication is clear and response times are lighting fast. I really loved the timeline platform they use, which is updated in real time. Katharine and Naomi are calm during the fast paced wedding day and have hawk eyes for attention to detail. Execution of the day was flawless and we had a great time as well. 10/10 highly recommend and I can't wait to work with them again!
Absolutely Amazing
We first met Island Creek Events at a bridal expo in Queenstown, and from that moment, we knew we were in good hands. After an initial Zoom call where they explained everything they offer, how the process would work with a day-of coordinator, and broke down all the pricing, we felt confident moving forward—and we’re so glad we did. We had Naomi as our day-of planner, and she was absolutely amazing. We truly could not have asked for a better person to help guide us through the final stretch leading up to our wedding on August 2nd. From the start, she made everything feel manageable. We Zoomed once a week to stay on track, and she walked us through what needed to be done on our end vs. what she would handle. She answered every question (big or small) and was always willing to schedule extra meetings if we needed them. Naomi was there for our dress rehearsal the night before and stayed with us all day on the wedding day. She took care of setup, made sure every guest got the right meal, and kept everything running smoothly—so much so that if any issues came up, we never even knew. She handled everything with such grace and calm, and because of her, we were able to truly enjoy our day without stress. Naomi was a total lifesaver, and we’re endlessly grateful for her dedication, professionalism, and care. We highly, highly recommend Island Creek Events, and especially Naomi, to anyone looking for an incredible day-of coordinator.
