Working with Caroline was like planning an event with an old friend, even though this was our very first time working together. I cannot overstate how essential she was to the success my event. We simply could not have pulled it off without her and I am so grateful! Caroline was incredibly responsive, organized, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. Partial Planning Support
We brought on Protea Event Planners about a month out from our wedding, and it was one of the best decisions we made! Caroline served as the central point of contact with all vendors, managing communication seamlessly and making sure every detail was coordinated. The support during those final weeks was invaluable and took so much pressure off us. On the wedding weekend, the team's hands-on support made everything run flawlessly and they handled the happy chaos with incredible grace. A special shoutout to Crystal and Meghan for being calming and organized fixtures of the weekend. Caroline is organized, communicative, and made the whole process feel manageable and even fun.
