    We brought Caroline on 4-6 weeks out from our wedding. She was instrumental in helping alleviate the pressure on us during those final weeks - she became the point of contact for all our vendors communicating behind the scenes, making sure all the final details and arrangements were being made and accounted for. We would meet regularly for status check ins and she always went above and beyond and offered to help with anything else that she could. Even for our rehearsal dinner which wasn't exactly part of her job description, she was beyond helpful in helping pick things up to/from the venue and caterer because we couldn't. She is extremely organized, communicative, solutions-oriented, and not to mention just a cool person who is so friendly and funny that she'll make it feel fun. Can't recommend Caroline and Protea enough!

    Caroline was incredible. She is so easy to work with and helped us create the wedding of our dreams. I loved how responsive and knowledgable she is. It really made the entire process a breeze. I did not do all the traditional parts of a wedding and I so enjoyed how Caroline was able to curate our wedding to make it feel more special and unique to us. She is truly the best planner and if you work with Protea Events, your wedding will be perfect, trust me!!!

    Caroline went above & beyond as our wedding coordinator, and made sure every little thing was taken care of–even things we hadn't even known we had to plan! In addition to being very experienced and expert in the world of weddings, she also has a calming and confident presence that makes all the pre-wedding jitters go away. I would recommend Caroline & Protea Event Planners to anyone who is looking for a stress-free wedding planning experience...which I assume is everyone!

    To state the obvious, planning an entire wedding is a lot of work. We quickly realized the we were in over our heads-completely overwhelmed! Caroline was an absolute Godsend. Her sweet, caring personality and love for what she does shines through in all that she does...down to the smallest detail. Caroline's knowledge of all things wedding immediately alleviated all of our concerns. We felt confident, genuinely cared for and most importantly, stress free! Caroline also thought to find a reputable local dry cleaner so that my dress looked absolutely perfect for the big day. Words cannot adequately express our appreciation and gratitude to Caroline. Caroline truly was a dream come true for our dream wedding.
