Hi, my name is Katrina! I have been coordinating weddings for almost over a decade now. I started doing weddings with my mother who was an event planner and designer at the time and fell in love with the process and being part of such a beautiful occasion. I work with clients directly from weeks to several months to help curate, design, execute making their dream come to fruition!
My goal for every couple is to find someone that fits for them and compliments their special day. It is important to establish a good rapport between the couple and coordinator in order to create a magical event. I encourage every couple that whether or not they decide our studio for their wedding day, to please reach out if they have any questions/advice needed. Additionally, I am the small business owner of KDOTSTUDIOS LLC, a handmade shop that consists of hand poured soy candles, custom gifts, signs, and stationary for events and weddings. This may include candle favors, custom welcome/ceremony signs, seating charts, and more.

Katrina is the BEST!
We are so incredibly grateful for Katrina as our day-of coordinator. From the moment the day started, she made everything feel calm, organized, and completely under control. In months leading up to our day, her planning meetings made us feel relaxed and prepared! Every detail was handled seamlessly behind the scenes so we could actually be present and enjoy our wedding. She kept everything on schedule without ever feeling rushed or intrusive, and they managed vendors and timing effortlessly. We truly cannot imagine the day without her! We’re so grateful for her support in making everything run so smoothly.

I’m not sure where to start with sharing how above and beyond Katrina helped make our day so special- she is absolutely incredible to work with!
