Do you have a minimum for weddings?

Our grazing boards are designed to serve groups, so we have a 25-guest minimum for wedding orders. For smaller wedding-related events, we offer creative packages like: -Welcome boxes for out-of-town guests -Charcuterie cups for bachelorette parties -Smaller boxes for late-night snacks Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a full reception, we’ll customize the perfect grazing option to fit your celebration.

Do you offer tastings?

Yes! We know how important it is to feel confident in your wedding menu. We offer private tasting boards so you can sample our premium cheeses, charcuterie, fruits, veggies, dips, and sweets before booking. Tastings can be tailored to your preferences and are available by appointment. If you move forward with us for your wedding, the tasting fee is applied toward your order.

How many times do we meet before the wedding?

We keep the process simple! Most couples connect with us once to share their vision and again to finalize details like guest count, setup, and add-ons. Everything can be handled remotely by email, phone, text, or video call for convenience. If you’d like to meet in person, you’re always welcome to visit us at our Odenton store. On the big day, we’ll handle delivery (and setup, if selected) so everything is stress-free for you.

Do you offer help with rentals?

Yes! While our grazing tables and boards don’t require traditional catering rentals, we’re happy to assist with extras if you’d like to elevate your display. All of our boards and any staging décor are yours to keep! We can provide eco-friendly utensil kits ($1/person) and will happily coordinate with your rental company—or recommend a trusted vendor—for items like tables, linens, or specialty upgrades. Our goal is to ensure your grazing setup looks beautiful and flows seamlessly with the rest of your event.

How far out do you recommend booking your services?

We recommend booking as early as possible—especially for weddings, since popular dates can fill up months in advance. Most couples reserve their date 6–12 months ahead to ensure availability. That said, we’re known for being flexible and have even accommodated same-day requests when other caterers fell through. If your event is coming up quickly, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’ll do our best to make it happen!

What is your service area?

We’re based in Odenton, MD, and serve weddings and events across the greater Baltimore–Washington–Annapolis–Frederick region with free delivery in our core service area. For larger weddings and special events, we also extend service as far north as Harrisburg, PA, west to Martinsburg, WV, south to Scotland, MD, and east to Salisbury, MD. If you’re not sure whether your venue is included, just ask—we love to travel for celebrations!

Absolutely! We want every guest to enjoy the grazing experience, and we specialize in making our boards as inclusive as possible. We offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, pork-free, and nut-free options, and we’re always happy to customize boards to meet specific needs. Just let us know about any allergies or preferences when booking, and we’ll make sure your display is safe, inclusive, and just as abundant and beautiful as our standard offerings.

Do you offer cake cutting services?

We specialize in charcuterie and grazing tables, so we don’t provide traditional cake-cutting services. That said, we’re happy to coordinate with your planner, caterer, or venue staff to make sure your cake service flows seamlessly with the rest of your reception.

Every table is styled with fresh greenery and décor, creating a stunning centerpiece that looks as good as it tastes. It’s an experience — not just a meal — and a memorable way to keep your guests excited, engaged, and well-fed throughout your celebration.

Yes — grazing tables are designed to be abundant enough to serve as the main meal for your guests. Many couples also choose a grazing table for cocktail hour or late-night bites. If you’re looking for a traditional hot entrée buffet, we may not be the right fit, but if you want a show-stopping spread that’s both food and décor, grazing is the perfect choice.

Do you provide plates, napkins, or utensils?

Yes! We can include eco-friendly utensil kits upon request. If you’d like upgraded tableware or custom rentals, we can coordinate that as well.

We typically arrive 1–2 hours before your event to stage your grazing table and make sure everything is perfect before guests arrive. All boards, risers, and décor are yours to keep. We do not provide post-event cleanup, but everything is designed for easy disposal or reuse.

We ask for your final headcount about two weeks before your wedding so we can order and prepare accordingly. We can usually accommodate small last-minute changes.

We don’t directly provide alcohol or bartenders, but grazing pairs beautifully with wine, beer, and cocktails. We’re happy to partner with your venue or bar service — and we can handle all the coordination on your behalf. That way, you only have one point of contact (us!) for both food and beverage, making planning simple and stress-free. If you don’t already have a provider, we can also recommend trusted local vendors who specialize in bar service.

Do you provide staff to stay during the event?

Our service includes delivery and complete setup before your event begins. We do not remain onsite during the celebration, but we make sure your grazing table is fully styled, abundant, and guest-ready before we leave. All boards, risers, and décor are yours to keep, so your display will continue looking beautiful throughout the event without needing staff to stay.
