We do not accept returns on custom orders. For non-customized pieces, refunds will be granted within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping is to be paid by the customer.
We work hard to ensure that all orders are completed within a reasonable timeframe. Most custom orders take 6-8 weeks to produce, depending on the volume. This timeline does not include shipping and delivery so please keep that in mind when placing your order. We will communicate with you throughout the process to ensure deadlines are being met. If you need a rush order, an additional fee will be applied to your total cost.
Almost anything! We are able to laser-engrave wooden pieces, as well as add permanent vinyl to many product types. Our owner is a graphic designer, so the sky is the limit when it comes to designing your customization.
Yes! We offer shipping throughout the continental United States and to many international locations. International buyers will be responsible for paying duty fees if applicable when their items arrive in country. All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service with tracking.
A 50% deposit is required up front on orders of $100 or more. Deposits are non-refundable after work has begun.
Under no circumstances do we accept orders requesting the use of copyrighted content or material. Examples of this include Disney, Marvel, professional sports franchises, etc. The ONLY exception to this policy could be if you have purchased rights of use (and provide proof) that you are able to legally use the content you're requesting for your order. These requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, as some may still be a hard no for us.
Final balance payment is due at the time of completion of your order, before shipping. You will be provided with a quote for shipping costs that will be added to your order subtotal.
