    Best Wedding Decision!

    I am so glad we hired Jadore Artists to create caricatures of our wedding guests. Our reception was on a chartered boat and Jadore Artists was the perfect addition for a cruise around Casco Bay. Our guests loved having their caricatures drawn! We got married four months ago and I was just chatting with one of our guests and she mentioned how much she loves the drawing Jadore created for her and her sister. She even made prints of if for her parents to hang at their house, too. Many guests have mentioned needing to purchase frames because they want to get their caricatures up on their walls as well. If you're looking for something special and memorable to add to your celebration, Jadore Artists is it!

    So wonderful!!

    My husband and I decided to go with Jadore Artists and we are so grateful we did!! Not only did our artist capture all of our guests so wonderfully for a lovely keepsake but also drew us (my husband and I) an amazing portrait we have hanging on our wall now and for many years to come! They are extremely helpful with planning how you want to do everything and always there to answer any questions you have!

    Amazing in every way!

    Jadore Artists was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From our very first interaction, their communication was clear, responsive, and professional. The quality of their work is truly amazing - they created custom caricatures that were top tier and well-crafted, adding a touch to our wedding that all of our guests raved about. Jadore Artists made everyone feel welcome, excited, and comfortable, and their contributions to our special day were invaluable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience with this vendor and highly recommend them to any couple planning their wedding!!

Our pricing for guests portraits (Caricature, Fashion, Silhouettes), are not based on a per guest or per painting/drawing model. Instead, we have package tiers that are designed according to the number of estimated potential guests drawn, which helps us determine how many artists will be needed at the event and how many hours are required to accommodate this potential guest count — not the actual number of guests that participated as this is often out of our control. This method guarantees that we are thoroughly prepared, enabling our guests to fully enjoy our services while we are on hand.
Having either two or more individuals or a single person sharing the same piece of paper only saves a few seconds, which does not significantly affect the estimated guest count. For example: If you have 100 potential participants to choose from, the total potential guest estimation will be 100 (or the percentage of that group you intend to accommodate). If only 75%, then your total would be 75, and so on..)
We have artists with drawings speeds between 15-20 people per hour. These caricatures are generally black and white, head and shoulder portraits.
Our artists can accommodate between 8 to 12 guests per hour. Each painting is vibrant and full of color, focusing on the outfit of the guest while typically omitting facial features to keep up speeds. (Prominent characteristics will sometimes stand out, such as ruby-red lips, interesting hair, or the overall shape of the face)
We provide artists from all over North America. Please share your date and location with us, and we will respond promptly regarding our availability in your area.

However, If a bilingual artist is something you would like to have at your event let me know, as some of some of our artists are native speakers of French or other languages!​
Simply reach out with your date and location to receive a quote or our latest brochure with pricing. After reviewing our offerings, feel free to reach out again to confirm your selected package. We will then send you the final booking documents, which include a contract, invoice, available artist(s) samples, and performer setup requests. Once you sign this and make your initial payment, your booking will be secured. As we move forward towards your event, we will just need to verify details and create any customizations you requested in your package.
We do not provide package pricing for live painters who capture your ceremony or reception at events due to the significant variation in their rates. Factors such as location, skill level, reputation, travel, and availability all influence their pricing. For a personalized quote, please contact us through our website!
This should be a number somewhere in the middle of the guest count range. So if you have 87 people for example, pick the 75-100 guest count package. (That said if you feel this will be on the low end of popular, feel free to use the low end of your "guest count" ~ just an FYI, We are usually VERY popular, as "free" custom art is seen as quite a special thing by the general public. If you wish everyone to be able to get a chance to be drawn, please use the highest number for your guest count. Especially if you have a time table that requires the artist stop at any point, as this will affect your total potential guests.
