    We booked CharterUP for transportation on our wedding day and were really impressed with how smoothly everything went. When I called to set up our service, the team was super helpful and answered all my questions. Even though we didn't get a notification about which driver was assigned, they showed up right on time to pick up our guests at the hotel. The driver got everyone to and from the venue efficiently, and the whole service matched exactly what we were quoted. CharterUP made one less thing to worry about on our big day, and we'd definitely recommend them to other couples.

    Charter up review

    We booked CharterUP for transportation on our wedding day and had a frustrating experience from start to finish. Our driver did not show up for the first pickup, and when we reached out for an update, he was dismissive about providing an ETA. To make matters worse, we only received 2 out of the 4 contracted rides, which left us scrambling to get our wedding party where they needed to be. CharterUP did offer a partial refund after we complained, but it fell short of what we felt was fair compensation given the disruption to our day. While their customer service line was responsive before the wedding, the day-of support did not meet our expectations. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your wedding transportation needs.

    Above and beyond

    I booked two shuttles with CharterUp for the wedding party and wedding guests, with a very competitive price. I spoke with a sales rep because the itinerary was complicated, and he was able to input everything for me, and I just confirmed the booking. When I needed to make an adjustment close to the date, and the online system wasn't responding, the sales team was able to quickly get the change approved. The day of, both drivers were lovely, and when an error in the itinerary came to light (100% my fault), they were happy to update on the fly, no red tape, and never gave me a hard time. I would have preferred to know more than 3 hours in advance who the actual operator was, but on the whole I felt much more confident booking with CharterUp than a single operator company, particularly for their backup coverage if something had gone wrong.

    Shuttle was a game changer

    Smooth, convenient and efficient. Able to make modifications day of and clean. 10/10 experience! We had our wedding at the San Francisco City Hall so to be able to not have to worry about parking and get the whole bridal party there made a huge difference in stress levels!

    Best shuttle ever

    We hired CharterUP to transport our wedding guests and couldn't have been happier with the experience. CharterUP’s network of more than 10,000 vehicles includes minibuses, coach buses, and luxurious motor coaches. Amenities can include reclining seats, leather seats, air conditioning, on-board restrooms, Wi-Fi, power outlets, and entertainment options such as TV screens or DVD players.
At CharterUP, we understand that sometimes plans change, and we’re here to help make any adjustments as smooth as possible. While it’s always best to finalize your itinerary in advance, we know that there are many moving pieces involved in travel, and we’re happy to work with you to make any necessary changes or cancellations.
Once you’ve found the perfect bus for your trip and accepted a quote, you will be directed to a payment page to confirm your reservation. At that time, a deposit of 10% will be due to secure your booking. The confirmation screen will also show the date by which the remainder of the payment is due. We require a valid credit card to be on file to secure a reservation.
Approximately 80% of our operators allow alcohol onboard; however, this can vary based on your destination and the regulations of each locality your journey touches. During the reservation process with CharterUP, you have the opportunity to specify that you’re seeking a bus that permits alcohol. We’ll then work to match you with an operator that accommodates your needs while ensuring compliance with all local laws.
