    Wedding planning

    301 Walsh was the absolute best event planner we could have asked for for our wedding. From the overall big-picture aesthetic down to every little detail, Kieran and her team were so thorough, organized, and professional. They planned a large, beautiful wedding for us at the Four Seasons in Austin, Texas. Every detail was planned and executed flawlessly. They made wedding planning completely effortless and stress-free, it was truly the best investment we made. If you want the easiest wedding-planning experience, hire 301 Walsh!

    The BEST Day of Coordinator

    Working with 301Walsh Events & Experiences was beyond a great decision. Kieran and her team were incredibly timely, efficient, and proactive in their communication, ensuring we always knew what was happening and what to expect. The quality of their work was immaculate - they were reliable, dedicated, and went above and beyond to make sure our special day was perfectly organized. We never had to worry about a single detail, as Kieran and her team took care of everything from vendors to setup and teardown. Our wedding day was seamless and stress-free, allowing us to fully enjoy ourselves. Afterwards, they even helped clean up and made sure we didn't forget anything, like our wedding cake. (She dropped it off for us later) I highly, highly recommend 301Walsh Events & Experiences - our wedding day would not have been the same without Kieran and her incredible team. Forever will be thankful to have had them help with our wedding day!

Her communication style was clear, proactive, and friendly throughout the entire planning process. The quality of her work and the value she provided was truly excellent. Kieran met with us for an in-depth planning session to help discuss and set our wedding day timeline, and when we arrived at the venue, she had ensured every detail was perfect - even things we hadn't considered ourselves. Kieran has a great energy and is fabulous at running events. She set and executed our timeline seamlessly, allowing us to fully enjoy our special day. No worries! We can hop on a call and discuss what your needs are with no commitment. And - if you decide you need more help as you get closer, we can change the contract, no worries!
We understand wedding planning can be very overwhelming - it's like a second job! While we always recommend full-service wedding planning, we also provide wedding consulting by the hour to address any challenges that come up. The rate is $150/hr and you can schedule these sessions as needed!
The wedding industry is vibrant and full of many talented people - there are so many great planners to choose from! Our philosophy is that planning your wedding should be a fun, exciting and enjoyable experience. We are detail-oriented perfectionists, while still maintaining a very laid-back approach to planning. Our belief is that there is no room for drama, ego or rude behavior. We aim to absorb all your stress, so that you can enjoy such an incredible stage in your life!
This depends on the size and complexity of your wedding. If there are many vendors, setups and details to handle day-of, you will likely need at least two planners (lead + assistant). Generally we recommend one staff per 100 guests. The number of staff will be laid out explicitly on your contract.
