From wedding planning and coordination to full design and florals, we will tailor the process to you and your exact vision.

We truly understand that no couple, wedding or timeline is exactly the same. Because of that, we believe in designing every part of the planning process to you. Additionally, every couple, no matter the planning tier, receives access to a customized planning dashboard with a full design studio, customized checklists, budget tracking and RSVP tracking. Our goal is to have you truly enjoy the planning process and to create an unforgettable and seamless wedding day that you will forever remember.

    Full service wedding

    Katelynn and her team did such an amazing job on my wedding!! I did the full service planning with her, and from the moment we booked she was a steady presence ready to answer questions, provide input, and manage everything! The day of was seamless and I literally did not worry about one thing. She sourced us amazing vendors who made everything so special and authentic to us. So grateful!!

    FABULOUS 50th BIRTHDAY!!

    Katelynn was absolutely INCREDIBLE!! The event was the most memorable of my life and the decor was STUNNING! Everyone had the most amazing time and everything was so perfect. She is truly a treasure and who I will go to for every event we have. THANK YOU for everything Katelynn!!!

    Absolute best decision we ever made!

    Eventfully Designed truly went above and beyond. I can’t even begin to explain how much work Katelynn and her team put into our wedding day. They really did make all the difference for our wedding and made miracles happen! The best advice I can give to other couples is to invest in your planning and coordination team! I don’t know what we would have done without them!
