    Forever grateful

    If you are looking for a wedding planner who is an absolute BEAST, stop your search right now. I genuinely don’t know how she does it, but she is like some kind of superwoman. No matter what life threw at her, she never let it interfere with making sure everything for my wedding was handled flawlessly. I was probably the most Type B… honestly maybe even Type C bride imaginable. Half the time, I didn’t even know exactly what I wanted. I simply told her the vibe I wanted, gave her full creative direction, and trusted her completely. BEST decision I could have made. She took my scattered thoughts and turned them into something more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. She created things I didn’t even know I needed. She made the entire process unbelievably simple for me. All I had to do was buy the items she told me to purchase, and she handled the rest. Her offering servers was another huge blessing because it was one less thing for me to stress about. Even when I had to find a new vendor last minute, she immediately stepped in and made sure I stayed calm and didn’t panic. She drove EXTREMELY far for major moments throughout the planning process — food tastings, venue walkthroughs, and more. She answered calls and messages at ridiculous hours of the day and night, and somehow always made me feel calm, reassured, and taken care of. And her sister? SO incredibly sweet. Between the two of them, I truly do not think I worried about a single thing on my wedding day. All I had to do was show up, get ready, and follow directions. Honestly, I just followed her lead the entire year of planning because I trusted her that much. We started planning a year in advance, and I genuinely could not have imagined my wedding going any better. She exceeded every expectation I had and gave me more than I even knew to ask for. If you want someone who will take your vision, protect your peace, and execute everything beautifully, these are your people. Love you Chynjah. THANK YOU

    A Beautiful Day

    From start to finish, The DeLain Co. made planning our wedding feel easy and stress-free. Their team was always open to our ideas and genuinely cared about making our vision come to life. One of the most special moments was when they surprised us with a photographer—something we hadn't even expected—and they made sure to capture my mom smiling, which was the one thing I asked for. On the day itself, they took care of every detail and checked in on me even when the rain started, showing they were thinking about my comfort the whole time. The DeLain Co. didn't just plan an event; they created a day that was beautiful and ran perfectly from beginning to end. We can't thank them enough for treating our wedding party like family and making our day so special.

    DYNAMIC DUO THAT CAN DO IT ALL

    If you are looking for a fabulous wedding coordinator who can seriously DO IT ALL - I can’t recommend The DeLain Co enough! Chynjah and her sister Madison helped keep me calm and my wedding day running smoothly! She made a personal timeline for my wedding day based off of my preferences and what was most important to me. She ensured all of my vendors arrived on time and stayed on schedule. During my reception I was constantly checked on by them and I never even saw the bar at my venue because my drinks were brought to me personally! :P While getting ready.. one of my bridesmaids even said, “So how do you know her?!” Because it seemed like Chynjah and I had been friends for years! I am so thankful she has experience in hair too.. when my hair started to fall a couple of hours into photos.. she whipped out her curling iron and fixed it on the spot! Her family has been in the wedding industry for years. Having someone coordinate my day that has so much experience really put me at ease. Chynjah and her sister were at my venue from set up to clean up, helping with anything and everything you can imagine. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did for me!! 3

    I can’t say enough wonderful things about Chynjah and her incredible team, Madi and Joy. They were professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our wedding day perfect. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and their calm, organized presence allowed us to truly enjoy every moment. Chynjah and her team brought our vision to life effortlessly. She understood our style, respected our budget, and always had creative solutions when we felt stuck. Her timeline was spot-on, and her communication between us and her team were impeccable. They took care of everything from helping setup to helping breakdown, and we (as the bride and groom) never had to lift a finger or worry about a thing. Thanks to them, our wedding was unforgettable. If you’re considering hiring a wedding planner/coordinator, stop looking and go with Chynjah and her team! You won’t regret it!
