    A must book planner for your wedding!!

    Megan was, without a doubt, one of the best vendors we booked for our wedding. From our very first conversation, we were drawn to her calm, cool, and collected demeanor. We knew she would be able to manage our families and wedding day timeline with kindness and confidence, and she exceeded every expectation. Her organization is truly unmatched. She created multiple custom spreadsheets and timelines that kept every detail in order. Her communication was always prompt, professional, and thoughtful, and we genuinely looked forward to our planning check-ins. She was flexible with our busy schedules and made sure we were always on the same page. Because of those meetings, she knew exactly what we wanted and anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. The greatest gift Megan gave us was peace of mind. We completely trusted her with the most important day of our lives, allowing us to focus on celebrating instead of worrying about logistics. On the wedding day, she kept my husband and I in what she calls the "wedding bubble of bliss." If any issues came up, we never knew about them because she simply handled everything behind the scenes. Our day flowed seamlessly, and we were able to soak in every joyful moment without stress. Her team was just as incredible, bringing such fun, positive, and energetic vibes throughout the entire day. They worked so hard while making everyone feel comfortable and excited. We truly cannot recommend Megan enough. She was worth every single penny and became so much more than our coordinator. We are forever grateful for everything she did to make our wedding absolutely perfect.

    Mother of the Groom

    Megan was truly one of the greatest blessings of our son’s wedding. From beginning to end, she was incredibly organized, calm, and attentive to every detail. What meant the most was the genuine relationship she built with our son and daughter-in-law. She took the time to understand their vision and made sure their wedding reflected exactly what they wanted. They felt heard, valued, and cared for throughout the entire planning process. Megan has an incredible gift for what she does. Thanks to her, the wedding day was absolutely perfect. Not a single issue reached us, and everything flowed seamlessly.     Megan was an amazing wedding coordinator! She was very detailed with the timeline and small things that I completely forgot about. She went above and beyond for my wedding! She made sure that I was stress free and everything went smoothly. When I got my dress dirty, she cleaned my dress! When my bustle broke, she helped sew my dress and fixed my bustle. I couldn’t be more thankful for her.

    Amazing Coordinator

    Megan was phenomenal and helped make my daughter Bri’s wedding a dream come true! She was on top of everything and 2 steps ahead of us throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond and we are all so truly grateful. We couldn’t have asked for better!


Yes! Of course! We know every couple is different. We do our very best to fit every couples budget and needs. If your budget doesnt fit one of our packages, lets just on a zoom call and we will figure out the perfect fit for you.
Yes, add assistants based on your needs and wants for the day. Our assistant pay is $30 an hour with a minimum of 5 hours.
Yes! We love traveling to different places.
