Our passion for creating unforgettable experiences, combined with our industry expertise, allows us to curate a seamless and stress-free wedding day that exceeds your expectations. Being able to create an event that is truly yours, and has all the elements you care about, is why I started doing what I do.

    Dedicated beyond Words

    Kaity Campbell and her team were truly amazing. About 8 weeks before the wedding, she took over communication, created our timeline, and made the entire process feel so much less stressful. She was always reachable, attentive, and incredibly organized. On the wedding day, her team set up all of my DIY details beautifully and handled every little thing behind the scenes so smoothly. They kept us on schedule, handled last-minute issues, made sure we always had drinks, and even reminded me to eat and use the bathroom. What makes this even more incredible is that Kaity had a serious accident the night before my wedding, and I never would have known because she still showed up with professionalism and dedication. I’ll truly never forget her and her team.

I NEVER take on multiple weddings in a day or weekend. I typically limit my bookings to 1-2 weddings per month to ensure that my clients receive my full attention to detail and a luxury customer service experience worthy of their investment!
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all pricing because every couple, event, and vision is unique. Instead, we start with a brief 15-minute consultation where I tailor a custom package based on your wedding needs, guest count, and budget to ensure the perfect fit for your special day.
A venue coordinator and a day-of wedding coordinator serve very different roles, and having both can make a huge difference in how smoothly your wedding day runs! Your venue’s coordinator ensures the venue runs smoothly (facility operations) but they won’t be pinning boutonnieres, cueing your processional, checking in vendors, or handling unexpected hiccups like a missing bouquet, late catering delivery, a groomsman missing a suit, or timeline delays. A day-of coordinator is your personal wedding expert, making sure every detail is in place so you can relax and enjoy your big day!
Many vendors use "month-of coordination" and "day-of coordination" interchangeably, but at Kaity Campbell Weddings & Events, we know your wedding deserves more than just a day-of approach. You've spent countless hours planning and investing in your vision, and we believe no one can simply show up on the wedding day and execute it flawlessly without truly understanding your priorities as a couple. That’s why we begin working with our clients 45 days in advance, allowing ample time to refine every detail, ensure a seamless transition, and build a strong rapport—because at the heart of it all, it's about trust!
