We plan and coordinate all of the elements of vour wedding into a beautiful Timeless event, and no detail goes without a thought or planning. will help you to tell your love story by combining your ideas with my experience and creativity.

    Great coordinating!

    Loved working with Cyerah for my July wedding. We booked her for the month of package almost a year out and she was helpful in doing our final details meeting and providing templates for the day of timeline. On the day of the wedding, she was GREAT. She ensured our special day went smoothly and we didn’t have any crisis pop up. Thanks, Cyerah for all your help!


Yes! We carry general liability insurance which covers us to work in any venues. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance upon request as well!

Day of coordination - We are solely there for the day of! You create the logistics and details and we communicate with your vendors and coordinate vendor arrival times rehearsals and up to 12 hours on the wedding day. We are you right hand person on the wedding day itself. Starts 30 days out. Includes 1 meeting prior. Month of - We handle all wedding logistics and details! We create the floorplan timeline decor lists photo list music lists you name it! We handle all communication and direction with your booked vendors from the time your done booking vendors until the wedding day! Plus everything in our day of package and 2 meetings prior.
Venue coordinators typically help with tasks for the venue only, not the clients needs they aren’t always heavily involved with vendor coordinator timelines and making sure you guys are taken care of. They will make sure the venue is runnng properly bathrooms are stocked adjusting lighting etc Hiring a wedding planner will help you with all aspects and details before the and on the wedding day – from confirming all your vendors to constructing a detailed game plan. We are your right hand person and your go to!
Then who’s going to run the show? Who’s going to line up the wedding party? run rehearsal? Que the Dj? Direct guests? Call out family members names for photos? Check in vendors? Make sure set up is completed on time? Assist with cake cutting? Make sure the marriage license gets signed? Have an emergency kit on stand by? Pinning boutonnières? Making sure rings & vows are accounted for? Making sure your officiant is mic’Ed up? Bussel the brides dress? + so much more! We often hear “oh someone in my family will do it” 9/10 it never goes as good as it sounds. Hire a professional to take that stress and let that family member enjoy the day.
As a Wedding Planner, while we wish we could do it all for you, there are some things that fall outside of our duties.
