Great day off coordination
Working with Essential Wedding And Event Planner made such a difference on our big day. Ms. Gayla and her team came in as day-of coordinators and helped us nail every detail, from the timeline we created together to making sure all our vendors stayed on the same page. When I got injured before the wedding, they didn't miss a beat—they quickly worked with our DJ and photographer to adjust things so I could still feel comfortable and enjoy myself. Their communication leading up to the wedding was clear and responsive, and on the day they were right there with quick solutions whenever we needed them. Ms. Gayla and her team showed real care for us and our vision, making sure everything ran smoothly even when we had to make changes. I'm so grateful for how they handled everything and made our wedding special despite the unexpected challenges.

We hired Gayla as our day-of coordinator just 11 days before our wedding after our previous coordinator had done little to no preparation work, which left us in a very stressful position close to the event. I recently used Gayla and her and her team made this wedding happen. Her staff was super attentive and got my husband. my family, bridal party, anything we needed. One of her staff members, who I unfortunately cannot remember his name, was truly a professional! He did anything and everything with no questions asked and solved problems.
