KATELYNN MY LOVE! Literally where do I begin! Eventually designed is a dream wedding planning team. Katelynn was always available whenever I needed her (talked me down from many many bridal panic attacks), she’s so knowledgeable about the area and weddings in general. Not only is she knowledgeable, but she LISTENS and understands your vision and will make sure you get what you want. She has such a calming presence and I don’t know how I would have gotten through this wedding without her. I met with a lot of wedding planning teams before selecting her and one of favorite things about her planning approach is that she is human first. She is not trying to squeeze you for every last dollar, she genuinely just wants to help. We also used them for our floral arrangements and oh my god it was stunning. I need to also shout out Bishop and Elise who I spent less time with but were equally amazing. Elise became my wedding day bestie. The whole team also took the extra mile and all wore pink day of to match my theme. I cannot recommend Eventfully Designed enough.

I am pretty convinced Shamecha and her team are magic. First of all, they were able to take my random thoughts and ideas and turn it into the most beautiful wedding imaginable, all while staying within our budget. Second, they were incredibly easy to communicate with and happily took care of any and all my requests. Shamecha had an answer for everything and made it so I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Lastly, they made the day of the wedding the most PERFECT day. If I needed anything at all they were right there. I was so impressed with how easy they made it look because me and my family were anything but easy. Shamecha is the most pleasant person I’ve ever worked with. She never made me feel like I was asking for too much or being over the top. I was told by nearly half of my guests that it was the best wedding they’d ever been to, and that is all due to Ruban bleu team!!! I’m so glad I was able to work with them and would do it again in a heartbeat

I would give 500 stars if I could!! Let me preface by saying I did not hire a planner so I was planning our wedding totally by myself. It was so hard and stressful until I met Mary Anna! She helped me SO much. I can without a doubt say I would not have had such a gorgeous and flawless wedding without her. Mary Anna single-handedly made sure our wedding day went by smoothly and perfectly!! Even when the inevitable things went wrong (as I’m sure they always do), she solved them quickly (and beautifully)! Mary Anna will do literally ANYTHING in her power to make sure your day ends up exactly as you want it! She is absolutely the person you want in your corner on your big day. I was so extremely stressed out the entire morning of and while she was busy literally putting the wedding together, she still found time to come up and check on me several times. She reminded me about important things I might forget, made sure we had drinks brought to us as soon as the ceremony was wrapped up, and somehow she wrangled all the rowdy groomsmen and got them in line! I think the thing I’m most upset about is now that it’s over I don’t get to talk to her anymore— I truly felt like she was my best friend! I could go on and on about how phenomenal she was but I will leave it at this: If you want someone who is truly in your corner and actually cares about you and your wedding— Mary Anna is your girl. She will stop at nothing to make sure your day is absolutely perfect and I can’t recommend her enough! THANK YOU SO MUCH MARY ANNA!!

We are so thankful we found Events in a Crunch as our day of planner for our wedding - Adaobi and her team made the process much easier. We had planned to manage the day-of ourself using friends & family, and we are so glad we didn't! We did the middle package "Crunch Planning" which starts 4 months out. Adaobi helped us manage the budget and find vendors that worked within our budget that still fulfilled our vision of the day. The day of help was tremendous - they worked with the vendors to confirm details, ensuring furniture and games arrived & were set-up as directed. They also made sure the various tables were set-up just as we had laid out. Even the little details like sneakily fluffing my wife's dress just before we walked down the aisle - very appreciated. We had a wonderful day and highly recommend Events in a Crunch!

Krysta and her team were an absolute dream to work with! I ended up getting the package where they took over vendor communications 3 months before the wedding and that alone saved us so much stress. Her bubbly personality and on point organization skills helped to make everything leading up to the wedding less stressful. She asked us all the right questions as well as the ones we didn’t know we had to worry about, and had a plan for incorporating the Mexican traditions we wanted to have into the schedule(ie. Dollar dance, La Vibora de la Mar/snake dance song, mariachi). At the beginning of our 3 month meetup, we already had a wedding timeline, the VIP(wedding court) list down, as well as plans for our decor. This was so handy when following up with vendors about timeline and overall plans. There was only a little miscommunication around rehearsal dinner expectations, but we were able to figure out a plan to rehearse with our bridal party the day of the wedding. Come wedding day, I was blown away by the work her and her team did to set up our reception area - from hanging the papel picado, to the pinata in the center, to setting all the dinner and dessert tables - I was in tears seeing it all come together. Her and her team also ran the wedding so smoothly and handled any little hiccups with grace. I cannot emphasize enough how hard her and her team worked to make sure my husband and I enjoyed ourselves the entire time. I cannot stress how important it is to hire the right coordinator to ensure your wedding runs smoothly! Please hire Krysta and her team - you definitely won’t regret it!

I want to begin by saying that I was hesitant when choosing a wedding coordinator because some that I had spoken with before weren't open to my vision for our wedding. Mackenzie right off the bat was just a spark of joy and a light in the wedding planning process! She was able to set up a meeting over zoom and instantly, I knew she was different. She was so supportive of our dreams for our day and really helped bring everything to life! She assisted with small things I probably would have never thought of as well as big things I knew would stress me out. From decor to communication with vendors to literally making sure she brought us our plate of food personally to our sweet heart table, Mackenzie was an excellent source of help. She was our day of coordinator but in reality she was so much more. She took care of us and made sure we were priority so we could soak in all the joy it is to have a wedding without the stress. She handles business so well and is very reliable. My husband had never met her prior to wedding day and after the wedding, he had nothing but great things to say about her about how nice and helpful she was! We had the pleasure of working with Jacilyn for almost a year and a half on our wedding. When it finally came to the big day, everything came out perfectly. She was detailed through every step and helped organize things where it was easy for us to know what the next steps were. She was also so communicative with us when we texted her or scheduling calls when we needed to speak about something. My husband is a pilot so his schedule would make things difficult at times but she was always accommodating. On the wedding day, she was there every step of the way helping us decorate, keeping everything on schedule, and helping making sure we were given moments alone to ourselves to enjoy it as well. Her taste was impeccable with all the vendors she recommended and how she helped us set up our vision for decorations. We could not recommend anyone better than her as your planner as there is no one else who could be better. Nothing But Love absolutely describes how she handles every part of her business and made us feel that way as well.

We absolutely loved working with Jessica at 3 of Cups and the enitre team! From the start, she made the entire planning process feel so much less stressful and way more manageable. She has such great energy and is incredibly warm, welcoming, and so easy to be around. She also brought so many good ideas to the table that really helped bring everything together! From our very first meeting, we were sold. Seeing how organized she was and how clearly she had everything laid out immediately put us at ease. Her organization and the way she runs things made the whole process feel simpler and less overwhelming, which was huge for us. One thing we really appreciated was how well she balanced being hands-on without ever feeling overbearing. She gave us plenty of space to do our own thing, while always being there when we needed guidance or support. It felt like the perfect balance and made the experience feel collaborative rather than stressful. Her team was also amazing! Everyone was super on top of things, really communicative, and very responsive throughout the entire process. Beyond all the professional stuff, Jessica is just a genuinely cool human, and we had a lot of fun working with her. Kaity did a great job, especially considering all the uncertainty of bad weather (my ceremony was outdoors) we had to all deal with. She always had an upbeat and positive attitude the whole time, which I know can be very difficult to do around my family. She definitely would just roll with all the punches to keep us on track. I was anxious the entire day, but Kaity reassured me that she had everything under control and I knew I could trust her. She even went out of her way to get me and my husband little care packages on the day of, with inspiring notes. The only hiccups I actually noticed was with announcements and speeches, because the volume and echo was not great, so people didn't know when things were actually happening, so I wish we could've told the DJ sooner to fix the issue. We had also wanted to have our dinners boxed up, because my husband and I were both too anxious and excited to really eat, so our food ended up being thrown away, plus we didn't receive the top tier of our wedding cake to save for the tradition thing (but my guess is because they served it all to the guests). Unfortunately, at the end of the night, we were super rushed to get everything out of the building, because of the time and the pouring rain- I was running around barefoot in my dress while my husband was passed out in the car, and I was one of the few trying to get everything packed and cleaned up. However, Kaity and her husband really helped us out by collecting all the left items and holding onto them for us until the next day. She kept in contact, since at least a month beforehand, to make sure we had everything in order and sent her all the vendor contacts , so she could be included with all the day-of plans. She really did go above and beyond to make sure I had the best day possible, and I really appreciated that from her. I would definitely hire her again.

She started helping me a month before the wedding when I was in shambles. She consistently and proactively reached out to me to offer help and recommendations the month before. She worked at such a quick speed as well! The day of my wedding couldn't have gone more amazing thanks to her!!! She made me feel SO comfortable and really let me enjoy my day. Family and friends could NOT stop coming up to me to tell me how on top of everything Abigail was. Before my wedding people kept telling me "not to worry about the small things, because things normally go wrong on your wedding day". WELL that was not the case with Abigail. EVERYTHING WENT ABSOLUTELY PERFECT WITH HER. She even took videos and photos our photographer didn't catch. I'm not sure how she was able to be in so many places at one time, but she did it!!!!
