We serve couples who are madly involve but also madly dedicated to their work, school, friends, and don't really have time to plan their wedding. We are a TEAM of Austin Wedding Planners. So while you will primarily interact with your lead coordinator, we have a team behind the scenes advocating and preparing for you to have the most amazing day! By having more than 1 coordinator that is familiar with your wedding details, you have multiple sets of eyes making sure the day is planned to a tee and runs smoothly. Having a team ensure that no detail or moment is overlooked and someone is always available to step in and lead.

We believe that marriage is a sacred once in a lifetime event so you deserve an epic once in a lifetime party! While we value tradition, we love to work with couples who aren't afraid to do things outside the norm. We are and always will be a LGBTQ friendly business. All are welcome here.

Need a little something in between Coordination and Full Planning? We totally get that, which is why we offer custom packages! Our most popular add-on is design services or individual planning meetings to discuss all things wedding and make sure you're making the right decisions.

Our coordination package is Ideal if you feel like you've got everything under control (probably a natural planner). But you want to enjoy your wedding day and really just hand over the plans in a pretty bow to a coordinator.

    Hiring Bianca for month-of wedding coordination was one of the best decisions we made during wedding planning - she's an absolute joy to work with! She was there the entire process to keep us on track and offer recommendations. Once we had our final walkthrough and hand-off as we approached the wedding, my stress levels plummeted! Bianca put together a wonderful itinerary and took over all vendor communication, thinking of details we never would have even considered. On the wedding day itself, Bianca helped everything run smoothly so I didn't even have to think about anything other than having the best day marrying my best friend.     If I can recommend one thing from my entire wedding planning process: Book Bianca Nichole & Co for your wedding right now. It will be the BEST investment you make in your big day. BNCO was with me from day one, helping to sort through vendor recommendations, pulling together all of my thoughts and ideas for our wedding design, working through our timeline with me and my photographer and SO much more. I was a very type A bride, and the team was very responsive throughout the entire process and led with such grace every time we met - this was huge for me!! At the final walk through, the team helped perfect the flow of the day and finalize the layout and other details. From there, they did all of my final vendor communication so I could be as stress free as possible leading up to our big day. Maci was our lead on the day of our wedding and it truly felt like my husband and I didn’t have to do anything. Every time we would mention something to Maci, her and her assistant, Sam, already had it done! We didn’t have to think about a single thing besides spending the day with the people we love most and truly being present for every single moment of the day. If anything went wrong, I have no idea - Maci made it feel like an actual fairy tale and I could not have even dreamed of a better wedding day. Like, my 5/10/15 year old self is still freaking out about how incredible it was.
