Hiii! I'm Heather Schoolcraft - owner & CEO! I'm a small town gal from WV who LOVES traveling and pops of color. I've designed my entire company around creating authentic + magical love stories. On your wedding day, our goal is to make you feel comfortable in front of the camera, and to focus on the raw + real moments on your day. Don't settle for less because you have to; let ME help you get the photos + video that you've always dreamed of.
I center all of my photography and videography around real + candid moments. I believe that ALL love stories deserve to be showcased in a way that tells the authentic + real love story of my couples. I work with my couples throughout this entire process on possible vendor options, engagement session outfits, timelines, + even FaceTime dates to see dresses if needed! I don't want to just be a vendor, I want to be your FRIEND. This process can be crazy, so you're gonna need a friend to vent to - and I'm HERE FOR IT :) all the laughs, crazy stories, and tears - bring it on!!

Heather Christine Photo Film was the perfect choice for our wedding! She kept us in the loop every step of the way and answered all our questions without making us feel rushed. On our wedding day, Heather worked smoothly with our wedding party and venue staff, capturing all of the photos we had wanted and more! Her efficiency meant that she got all the shots we wanted and we were even able to have some time to socialize at our cocktail hour which I feel is rare! The final photos turned out stunning—exactly what we hoped for. We would 100% recommend Heather to anyone looking for a wedding photographer!

The best choice of the wedding !!
We genuinely could not have made a better choice for a photographer and videographer. Heather and Andrew have become friends through this whole process, we love them. They are the most genuine people you'll meet, and their one desire is to help you capture every moment perfectly. But I don't mean staged to perfection. I mean they capture every emotion, every subtle look, and all of the details that make up the entirety of your day, and THAT is perfection. So when I look at our pictures and videos, I don't just see the day as if I'm watching it from the outside, but I feel all of the emotions all over again as if I'm right back in the moment. And that is because of Heather and Andrew. We could not recommend them more!!

Cant Imagine a Better Photography and Film Team
Heather and Andrew put in the time and energy to travel to us twice in the same year to cover our small family wedding in Puerto Rico as well as a larger reception w/ a second ceremony in West Michigan. Both times, taking photos with them was easy and required little to no effort. They made the photo shoots a fun time and do an excellent job guiding you through the shots making them feel very natural and easy. They have a great feel for and are open to capturing spur of the moment ideas, the photos came out better than we could have imagined!

Our Perfect Photographer
Heather and Andrew are just the best! Their communication is quick, clear and detailed. Heather makes sure to cover all bases and offers so many helpfully tips which is so nice when you have so many other things going on. We used them for our engagement photos and they were able to make a trip back out to us after we had to reschedule due to weather. The turnaround time for those photos was great and the quality of work was not compromised by how quickly we got them. For our wedding day they were able to catch all the best moments without making the day feel like it was all about photos. Both of their personalities are so kind and welcoming that they made everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera. We had so much fun with them and I would highly recommend working with them for your big day.

Working with Heather & Andrew was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the moment they arrived, they brought such a calm, encouraging energy that instantly made us feel comfortable.
