Versa Scents began in 2023 with our founder selling handcrafted candles and has since grown into a fragrance experience company bringing interactive events across the East Coast. Today, we specialize in Candle-Making Classes, Perfume & Cologne Workshops, and our most popular experience, the Fragrance Bar. Our Fragrance Bar allows guests to explore and select a scent to take home, making it a unique and memorable favor for weddings, bridal celebrations, and special events. We love creating experiences that give guests more than a favor, they leave with a scent connected to the memories they made celebrating with you.

We turn fragrance into an experience. Rather than offering a traditional favor guests simply pick up, Versa Scents creates an interactive moment they can participate in and remember. Guests can explore scents, create their own fragrance, and leave with a personalized keepsake. Our experiences combine entertainment, gifting, and fragrance into one beautifully presented activation, with options for custom branding and personalization to make the experience feel unique to your celebration.

    Must hire!

    Working with Versa Scents was a game changer! Their team communicated clearly throughout the planning process and very accommodating which made everything feel effortless. What really impressed us was how they arrived on time and delivered exactly what we discussed no surprises or mishaps. Beyond just providing beautiful candles, they actually educated our guests about the scent selection, which added a thoughtful layer to the event. The whole experience felt polished and intentional, and honestly it's one of the vendors I'd recommend without hesitation.

    Jacqueline and team provided an exceptional candle-making event for my community’s residents. We were thrilled by the hands on but understandable workshop instructions and the finished candles are lovely- amazing scents! Look forward to booking another event soon :)

    I’ve worked with the Versa Scents team on a few events now and have had a great experience every time. They’re responsive, reliable and easy to work with. We recently hosted their perfume and cologne-making experience and it was such a fun event. Everyone enjoyed creating their own fragrance, and the team did a great job guiding people through the process while keeping everything organized and running smoothly. Would definitely recommend Versa Scents!

Our Luxury Fragrance Bar is an interactive walk-up experience where guests explore perfume and cologne options, select their favorite scent, and our team blends and bottles their fragrance to take home. It’s an experience and personalized event favor all in one.
Our Fragrance Bar begins at a 30-guest minimum and can accommodate both intimate and large celebrations. Pricing and included service time are based on your guest count. Celebrations with 150+ guests receive a custom quote.
Yes! Custom-branded event labels are included with our Fragrance Bar, allowing your take-home fragrances to be personalized for your celebration.

Service time depends on guest count. Our packages range from up to 2 hours for 30–49 guests to up to 5 hours for 100–149 guests.
Yes! Versa Scents provides professional event hosts and handles the full setup and breakdown of the experience so you can focus on enjoying your celebration.
Yes. On-site experiences are available in select markets, and nationwide travel is available. Travel-related costs may apply depending on the event location.
Yes! We also offer Candle-Making Workshops, Perfume & Cologne-Making Workshops, our Signature Scent Experience™, and custom-branded celebration gifts.
Yes. Versa Scents is fully insured and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) and standard vendor documentation upon request. If your venue has specific insurance requirements or needs to be listed on the COI, please provide those requirements in advance so our team can coordinate the necessary documentation.
