Tree Films has been nothing short of amazing. I was amazed that they were even available for our date. From the very beginning, Ashley was so personable, she listened to what we wanted, she was knowledgeable, and so professional. She was our main point of contact and her and I instantly became what felt like good friends (even though I only met her via zoom calls). I asked her for help with a few things throughout the process and she never batted an eye and helped me with it all! She was very responsive; I was never waiting for a response or wondering what was going on. She always kept me in the loop. Once our big day finally arrived, Ashley and her team were at the venue before I arrived. She greeted me and I felt like I already knew her. The entire Tree Films Creative team made me, my husband, and entire bridal party comfortable and I remember having a sense of ease. I could not recommend this team enough. They went above and beyond for everything on my wedding day and beyond. At this moment, I have received photo previews, which was way more than I thought, (happily) and I cannot wait for more! I have seen the teaser film and am just blown away. I am patiently waiting to see the rest of the photos and videos and I know for a fact that they are going to be incredible.
