Maya Moves - Wedding Dance Lessons

Maya Moves was created for the couples who don't want to look like they've taken months of classes, but also don't want to just sway in place the entire time. The 1 hour lesson starts by reviewing details about your wedding. The recommended length for the dance is short, 1:30-2m. Then, you will learn how to stand comfortably together & 3-4 signature moves (typically a dip, and other moves that fit the vibe of your song). You won't learn traditional moves, like the box step or the waltz, but rather easy moves that beginner dancers can look good doing. Maya Moves offers private wedding lessons, both in NYC and over Zoom.

The Maya Moves method only requires meeting for 1 lesson together- yes that's correct, just one hour! It's geared towards non-dancers who don't want to spend too much time or money on mastering a few tricks. Instead of going the traditional route, this is the easier solution to doing a first dance, without the added pressure of doing an entire performance.
