Wedding - Day of Coordinators

Choosing Bay & Barn for our day of coordinators for our wedding last month was the best decision we've made! From the moment we had a consultation call with Mariah it was like a breath of fresh air. She immediately did all she could to learn about us as a couple & what our dream wedding day would look like. We decided to get a day of coordinator only a month away from our wedding date & Mariah instantly jumped right into helping us, and lifted a huge weight off of our shoulders. She was thinking about things that we would have never even begun to think of to help everything go smoothly the day of. She is also great at responding, at all times of the day!! Mariah & Audrey were on site with us the day of and were absolutely amazing. We had an outdoor ceremony, and even with constant off and on rain, and having to pull guests inside & back outside, they both made sure we had our dream ceremony outside. Any time a problem came up they silently handled it without stressing us with anything, and did so perfectly. We were never without food or drink the whole day with them, and they were both checking up on us throughout the entire night asking if we needed anything. They were both so easy to talk to and everyone at my wedding loved them!! The day was everything I could have dreamed of and NONE of it would have been possible without the help of these two! They truly felt like family by the end of the day. We cannot say thank you enough!

Could’ve been better

Bay & Barn was by far the most affordable planner I could find in the DC area. Mariah was quick to respond to email or texts. However my actual wedding day seemed disjointed. The layout of our space was atypical so it was hard to see or hear major announcements, e.h. wedding party entrances, first dance, cake cutting. I’d expressed that my biggest concern was the flow of the wedding/reception and how things would come together. I ultimately feel like they didn’t. I probably should’ve known this would happen considering Mariah and her team hadn’t been to my venue before. I wish I’d asked her to do a site visit even if it meant paying more money.

Bay & Barn is amazing! They were very thorough with gathering information about our wedding and executing everything they promised! They are also very sweet and allowed me and my husband to truly enjoy the day rather then stressing about little details. They even made sure we had food and drinks!
