More Than a Coordinator. Truly God-Sent.

Crystal with TriPrism Marketing and Events was, without question, one of the greatest gifts of our wedding day. From the very first call, I knew she was God-sent. It never felt like a stranger stepped in to coordinate our wedding. It felt like having my best friend there, making sure every detail was handled with care and intention. Although she was technically our “day-of” coordinator, Crystal was truly THE coordinator for the entire wedding. She communicated with us multiple times leading up to the day, making sure the timeline made sense, helping capture the exact vibe we wanted, and pointing out details that often get overlooked during planning. She was calm, understanding, and genuinely fun to work with, which made the process feel lighter and more grounded. On the wedding day, Crystal handled all logistics flawlessly. We had multiple vendors and moving parts, and she pulled everything together so smoothly that the day felt effortless. She also took on the finishing touches of the décor and absolutely knocked it out of the park. I was very particular about the look and feel. Country, outdoorsy, winter, rustic. Very specific and very random. Crystal absorbed our vision and brought it to life in a way that completely blew us away. Both my husband and I, along with our guests, were stunned. Everyone tells you to expect at least one thing to go wrong on your wedding day. After reflecting on it, my husband and I honestly came up with nothing. Not one thing. Everything was truly perfect, and that is largely because of Crystal. She was the calm in the storm and allowed us to focus fully on each other and our guests, while resting in the confidence that everything was being handled. There truly is no English word that fully captures who Crystal is and the impact she had on our wedding. Working with Crystal and her team at Triprism was an incredible experience throughout our wedding planning journey. From the very beginning, Crystal was attentive, organized, and genuinely committed to bringing our vision to life. Every detail I shared from my vision board came to life. During the wedding planning process, we were able to meet regularly (digitally and in-person) to refine every detail. Despite being based out of state, Crystal made herself available in person whenever needed during the year of wedding planning, which meant so much to us. Her team went above and beyond, even volunteering to assist with additional events like our rehearsal dinner and our Cameroonian traditional wedding. and she worked diligently to ensure our timeline stayed on track. On our wedding day, Tripism's team remained professional and engaging. The team helped create a seamless experience for us and our guests. We received so many compliments from our guests on how beautifully everything came together, from the décor to the flow of the day. We truly believe that was thanks to the trust and collaboration we built with Crystal. We would recommend any DC bride to work with Triprism. We’re already looking forward to working with Triprism again for future events!
