Why choose us? 1.) There's no minimum guest requirement 2.) Allowed to use whatever is in the trailer, outside lights, extension cords, and bartending equipment. 3.) If you choose us to bartend your event, we are mixing and pouring for 5 hours versus 4 hours. 4.) With a purchase of a drink package, we have some decor you can use as well at no extra cost. 5.) This 5 hr package for us to bartend the event includes: 1 bartender(+$150) up to 75 guests (exceeding 5 hours is an additional $125 per hour), general liability, liquor liability, assault & battery insurance, extension cords, outside lights, decor selection, set up, tear down & clean up, chilling buckets, ice, two beer draft system, wine & champagne pour, bottled water, club soda, tonic water, cranberry juice, orange juice, coke, diet coke, sprite, napkins, cups, and paper straws.

- Beer, wine, champagne & mixers w/garnish- $9 PP
- Beer, wine, mixers & 2 cocktails- $13 per person
- Just 4 classic cocktails- $13 per person

The PERFECT touch!
Horse’n’Around Travel Bar is the perfect special touch for your wedding! I had the pleasure of working with Brianna and Alex at a recent wedding. They were communicative, kind, attentive and most importantly - their espressos and cold brews were a highlight! The guests couldn't get enough. And I, an eternal tea drinker, am now a cold brew lover! I highly recommend them!
Amazing!
The owner Briana was very proactive and amazing at communicating leading up to our clients wedding day. They are super friendly, super accommodating and I would recommend them to anyone. The renovated horse trailer was beautiful and made for such amazing photos. Their bartender Toya, was also super fun and a huge hit with the guests. Best Travel Bar!
I used this travel bar for a photo prop for my engagement shoot and it was so pretty! I asked for a rustic set up and a whole set was ready for me when I got there. The owner Brianna was super helpful and we had a great experience!
