Marta exceeded any and all expectations that I had. Her communication throughout our entire process went above and beyond. She handled every contract and detail with so much precision and grace where I didn't have to question anything. I've been planning my wedding for 2 and a half years, and Marta executed every single detail perfectly. My canva board and Pinterest board came to life right before my eyes because of her and her assistant, Andrea. My family loved her and everyone told me how kind and good she was at her job. Throughout my wedding day from getting ready and til the end of the night, I had no stressors, no questions, just full faith in her. I truly felt like she became a family member by the end of our wedding night. I can't recommend her more!!! Hopefully I'll see her again soon for my sister in laws wedding, haha!!! I'll add my photos when I get them back

Completely unprofessional
I had high hopes as I was recommended to Marta by a good friend but this process was disappointing and highly unprofessional. Marta and I agreed to terms, pricing, and a date so she sent over a contract with the terms she wrote which I signed and sent back. I did not hear back for over a week only for her to tell me that she had someone else reschedule to my date and so she gave that date to them because she’d never signed my contract back. Her rationale was that she never signed so there was no agreement except she wrote the terms, had my signature, and delayed signing which excused her to cancel our agreement. She handled the whole situation with unprofessionalism, a lack of empathy, and with no regard to how she was leaving a situation. Don’t waste your time.

October 2025 Wedding
Marta was the best coordinator we could have asked for. We got married in October 2025 and from the moment we booked with Marta she was beyond helpful every step of the way. She was patient, understanding, proactive, hard-working, and organized. We are grateful to Marta and her assistant for everything they did to help our day be perfect, and would highly recommend her services for anyone looking for a coordinator.

Highly Recommend Marta!
Our day wouldn’t have gone as smoothly—or been as enjoyable—without Marta! She went above and beyond not only on our wedding day, but throughout the entire planning process. Marta thought of details we hadn’t even considered, and she took the time to review our vendor contracts and meet with us several times in advance for planning sessions and our venue walkthrough. She built a detailed timeline, ensured every vendor was on the same page, and brought our vision to life seamlessly. As an added bonus, she even put together a beautiful highlight video for us while we wait for our professional photos! We truly can’t recommend Marta enough—booking her will be one of the best decisions you make for your wedding.

Marta and the All in the Details Events and More team were an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very first call, Marta’s communication style was professional, sweet, thoughtful, organized, and incredibly helpful. Marta went above and beyond just coordinating the day of - she made contact with all our vendors to ensure everything ran smoothly, coordinated our rehearsal, and decorated everything beautifully. Marta and her team are wonderfully organized and efficient, and they even helped us tear down our venue in just 30 minutes! The quality of their work was truly top-notch - everything looked so beautiful, tasteful, and classy. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding planning experience, and we highly recommend All in the Details Events and More to any couple looking for a truly special and stress-free wedding day.
