Hey there, I’m Jami Pollnow Heath. I’m a wedding planner living and working in Richmond, Virginia. I'm a Maryland native living Richmond Virginia with my husband in our first home; a big beautiful project in Fulton Hill. In my journey down the aisle I found more than just my future partner, I found what I was meant to do; helping people like you say "I do" too!

I love every detail of this beautiful process from pinning your bouquet ideas to creating centerpieces, and hand lettering anything I can get my hands on. With over 75 weddings under my belt I can help you identify impediments, draw on a wealth of vendor experiences and connections, and help you navigate all the hurdles and decisions you’ll face throughout your wedding planning journey.

Jami Does It All!!
We had an amazing experience working with Jami for our wedding at Upper Shirley Vineyard in May 2026. From the very beginning, she was incredibly detail oriented, responsive, organized, and genuinely kind throughout the entire planning process. What really stood out was how much care and creativity she brought to every aspect of our wedding design and vision. She truly held our hand through the entire process — from creating the overall aesthetic and tablescape design to thoughtfully mapping out each location and flow of the wedding events throughout the venue. She made everything feel cohesive, intentional, and uniquely “us.” One of our favorite personal touches was that she hand wrote all of our table numbers and place cards in beautiful calligraphy, which added such an elegant and meaningful touch to the day. On the wedding day, Jami handled everything seamlessly so we could fully enjoy the experience with our family and friends. She was calm, professional, and always one step ahead. We felt completely supported the entire time and are so grateful for everything she did to make our wedding so special.

Beautiful Coordination
From our first meeting with Our Curated Design, we knew we had found the right team to bring our vision to life. Their communication throughout the planning process was clear and responsive, making us feel heard at every step. What truly set them apart was their dedication to detail—they coordinated every aspect of our day with precision and went above and beyond with the decorating, transforming our venue into something we didn't even know was possible. Wouldn’t have happened without her!
Our wedding simply would not have happened without Jami Pollnow. She is a rare mix of sunshine, calm confidence, and get-it-done energy. From guiding us within budget to pairing us with incredible vendors, she delivered a five-star wedding with ease. Perfect experience with Our Curated Design!
Jami is such an enthusiastic and creative person, making our wedding feel so seamless. Our wedding was unique - my fiancé and I live and work in New York, 8 months to plan the wedding and it was held at my parents’ farm house outside of Richmond with 125 guests. Jami was highly organized and enthusiastic throughout the entire process. She has great relationships with many vendors in the Richmond area and was able to make all of ideas come to life. We truly couldn’t have had such a successful wedding without Jami and her unwavering calmness and problem solving. For every “what if” and “what about option A vs. option B”, Jami had a thoughtful answer - from how to incorporate a dessert food truck to the officiant’s speech to sensible footwear.

Perfect Day Because of Jami
Our experience with Our Curated Design was fantastic from start to finish. Jami and her team were warm, responsive, and informal in their communication style, which put us at ease throughout the planning process.
