No one could ever take planning your wedding away from you, but if you're looking to have your ideas executed thoroughly, individual tasks taken care of for you, and blowing your guests out of the water, then this is the package for you.

Whether you've already done some of the heavy lifting or know that you'll need just a little extra help bringing your design/decor dreams to life, we've got you covered. We'll make sure what you've got in your head makes it on paper and to your vendors.

Perfect for the couple with 5-25 guests and a 1-3 hour time frame for your event. This can be a ceremony with immediate family followed by tea and cake or a portrait session; it's up to you, but it certainly won't be a small day.

This is the package for you if you have the big pieces mapped out but need a helping hand in the final months. We'll bring together your design plans with a logistics blueprint to blow you away.

    Arcadia Collective made the wedding planning process seamless. I worked with Stef mainly between the 3 months leading up to my wedding day and I cannot thank her enough for how detail oriented and organized she was. I felt nothing but confidence in the months and days leading up. I got multiple compliments from my guests that the planning team was super professional, on top of timing, while also having such good attitudes and energy around everyone. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of coordination or wedding planning in the area!

    The reason my wedding day was so amazing

    Incredible!!!

    We cannot recommend Jenna highly enough! From start to finish, she was an absolute dream to work with—respectful, kind, incredibly communicative, and so organized. She handled every detail with care and professionalism, and thanks to her, our wedding day went off without a hitch. Everything felt seamless, and we were able to truly relax and enjoy the moment knowing she had everything under control. Our only regret is not booking her full planning package—we can only imagine how much more amazing the process would’ve been with her guiding us from the very beginning!     Fantastic Service!!

    They were amazing from start to finish, I loved getting matched with a coordinator and their forms are so detailed and think of everything. For my type A brides out there you need to use this company. Jessica was phenomenal and made it so the whole night went off perfectly and handled vendor communication flawlessly.

    Alayah Went Above and Beyond

    We didn’t think we needed a coordinator since we weren’t having a wedding party and planned to keep our ceremony short and simple, but our venue required one and we are so glad they did. We chose Compass Rose Coordination (Arcadia Collective) for their coordination package, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. Our lead coordinator, Alayah, and her team were incredible. Beyond managing the day-of coordination, they took care of nearly all the setup and breakdown. This was such a huge gift, not only for us but also for our parents. Coming from a DIY family where setup and teardown is always a big group effort, it was amazing to have a professional team take that weight off everyone’s shoulders. The amount of work they put into setup and breakdown went far above and beyond what is typical in the industry for a day of coordinator. Alayah and her team were so adaptable to our unique needs and stepped in wherever help was needed. We truly could not imagine the day running as smoothly without them. We are so grateful, thank you Alayah!
