    Research your photographer

    While th automated emails from Lily and Lime prior to our event were efficient, the actual communication with our assigned photographer was very limited. Additionally, their post-event customer service was lacking and seemed evasive when we tried to follow up about missing photos. The quality of their work seems to depend entirely on which photographer is assigned to your wedding. Unfortunately, in our case, the photographer lost over half of the pictures from our special day. In order to receive a partial refund, Lily and Lime sent us a non-disclosure agreement that included a non-disparagement clause, meaning we would not be allowed to discuss or leave negative reviews about our experience. We involved our state’s Attorney General in the matter to obtain a fair resolution. Overall, the value we received from Lily and Lime was quite poor, and I would not recommend their services to other couples planning their wedding.

    An amazing aid to our wonderful day

    Lily & Lime were simply amazing, their professionalism, their care regarding our timeline, timely communication, and their photographer and videographer were outstanding, very thoughtful, and they definitely went the extra mile, probably went extra 10 miles, they were a big amazing part of making our wedding wonderful.

    Amazing photographers!!

    We couldn't have been happier with our experience with Lily and Lime! Chris and Rebecca were an incredible team—professional, yet so fun to be around, making the whole process effortless. Chris’s familiarity with our venue, Lucky Spur Ranch, was a huge plus, and they both had an amazing eye for capturing the perfect shots.     Barely got any photos of bride and groom at

    Very displeased with my photographer. I also selected “no title” for the album cover that was part of our package but they made one up and put it on there anyway

    Amazing Experience!!

    When we initially started our wedding planning- my fiancé and I absolutely agreed that having a photographer and a videographer were non-negotiable must haves. Once we started actually researching photographers and videographers it became immediately obvious that there are a lot of options out there! Our budget was something we were extremely conscious of so we were looking for a company/person that would fit within our budget and give us the best quality for our dollar. Enter Lily and Lime- I stumbled upon them while researching and we were both immediately thrilled with the pricing tiers that Lily and Lime offered and LOVED that we could choose our photographer. I loved that there were many different photographers to choose from, allowing us to choose a photographer that fit our mood and style. Daniel was out photographer and there are not enough words to describe how absolutely incredible he was, he made me feel beautiful on my wedding day, he captured the love between my husband and I on our big day so gorgeously, and he was such a kind person to work with. Our videographer, Randy, was a superstar! He was incredible in every way- he was so personable, and the video he captured of our day was so sweet, it is genuinely something we will treasure for our whole lives. I also love that he called a few days before our wedding to check in and make sure he knew us and had everything he needed beforehand. It made the day seamless. All around, I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Lily and Lime- my husband and I are so incredibly happy, and our beautiful wedding was captured in both photos and on video and something we can cherish for a lifetime.
