Our team has remained in active communication with you and provided an alternative photographer option in response to the preferences expressed regarding your photography services. Eivan’s remains fully prepared to provide the professional services included in your agreement. Our team has continued working with you in good faith, and management remains available to assist with your upcoming event. We do find it unfortunate that, while we continue working to address this matter directly, substantially similar negative content has been posted across multiple platforms and, in certain instances, through multiple reviewer profiles. We believe concerns regarding an active reservation are best addressed through direct, good-faith communication rather than repeated public postings being used as leverage to obtain a particular outcome. Eivan’s has had the privilege of serving thousands of couples and families, and we are grateful for the many clients who work constructively with our team when questions or concerns arise. We remain equally committed to fulfilling our obligations for your wedding.
