A love for the creative and performing arts, three years of collegiate studio art training, and a BA in Dance Performance lead to Joey’s obsession with makeup artistry. His approach to makeup application is similar to a painter and his canvas - working in layers, stroke by stroke, to find a beautiful end result. Beauty comes in all forms: a simple flick of eyeliner, an enhanced complexion, or full-on glam. It is Joey’s passion to identify the “perfect” look for the occasion and work with his clients to create a truly beautiful result that leaves them feeling their best.

    Joey was truly one of the highlights of my wedding day. From the moment we met for my trial, I knew I was in the best hands. Not only is he incredibly talented, but he is such a warm, calming, and easy presence to be around. I immediately felt how much care and intention he brings to his work. He listened closely and made sure my bridal look felt exactly like me, just elevated. On the wedding day, that care continued tenfold. Honestly, one of my favorite parts of getting ready was sitting in his chair, chatting, and soaking in the moment while he worked his magic. He made me feel like the most beautiful, glowy, confident, fully myself version of a bride. Elevated and radiant. Joey also brought an amazing team of artists who were just as lovely and professional. All of my bridesmaids, my mom, and my mother-in-law were blown away by both the talent and the experience. The skill level is truly top tier. I cannot recommend Joey enough. If you want to feel stunning, confident, and completely taken care of on your wedding day, he is your person.
