Preena Presents is a Chicago-based wedding and event planning studio rooted in thoughtful design and hands-on execution. I am deeply passionate about creating celebrations that feel intentional, personal and genuinely joyful. Planning an event should feel supported and organized, not overwhelming. I do this work because I believe meaningful moments deserve care, structure and calm leadership from start to finish.
At Preena Presents, we combine hands-on planning with thoughtful design, stepping in early to guide every decision and manage every detail. I personally oversee vendor communication, timelines, rehearsals and on-site execution, so couples can feel confident, relaxed and truly present on their wedding day.

Hiring Preena was genuinely one of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding! From the moment we hired her, she jumped right in and went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was as organized, seamless, and enjoyable as possible. My husband and I had incredibly busy schedules leading up to the wedding, and Preena was so accommodating. She would make time to meet with us, even when it meant working around her own schedule, just to make things easier for us. She was always accessible by text and email, incredibly responsive, and patient with every question, concern, and last-minute detail. Her communication was truly unmatched, not only with us but also with all of our vendors. In fact, we received multiple compliments from our vendors about how sweet, organized, and wonderful Preena was to work with. That speaks volumes about who she is as a person and the level of professionalism she brings to her work. But what truly made Preena stand out was the way she handled our wedding day. She thought of things we never would have considered, prepared backup contacts, adapted our timeline when things ran behind, and handled unexpected issues behind the scenes so seamlessly that my husband and I never even knew anything had gone wrong. She took so much initiative and genuinely cared about making sure we could be fully present, enjoy every moment, and celebrate with our family and friends without worrying about a single thing. That peace of mind is priceless on your wedding day. Preena didn’t just coordinate our wedding; she made the entire experience so much less stressful and so much more enjoyable. We are beyond grateful for everything she did for us, and I would recommend her to absolutely anyone looking for a wedding coordinator who is organized, thoughtful, dependable, and truly invested in making your day special. Our only regret is not hiring Preena for our entire wedding planning process! If we could do it all over again, we would hire her from day one without a second thought.
