Whether you’re dreaming of an intimate forest elopement or a relaxed garden party with tacos and twinkle lights, I'm here to bring your vision to life—with ease, heart, and a whole lot of beauty. I'm an intuitive guide, a detail lover, & calm in the chaos. With a background in holistic wellness & entertainment, I bring a grounded, mindful energy to the planning process. Warmly, well-organized, stress-free!
We want to express our sincere appreciation to coordinator Brook for her incredible work at Mary and Fernando’s wedding in Chicago. As a videographer and photographer, we work with many different coordinators, and collaborating with Brook was truly one of the smoothest and most enjoyable experiences we’ve had. From the very beginning of the day, she kept everything running perfectly — from getting ready to the final moments of the night. Brook was always there for the couple, guiding us, solving any logistical issues, and making sure everything stayed right on schedule. Her calm presence, confidence, and attention to detail created an environment that made our work easy and inspiring. We especially want to highlight how respectful Brook was of our creative process. She helped us get the shots we needed, coordinated with guests, and stayed incredibly professional and friendly throughout the entire day. Brooke served as my day-of wedding coordinator and I truly don’t think we could have done it without her. She was organized and efficient and took so much off my plate so I could enjoy my wedding day. Her event planning experience really showed. She was also available and easy to communicate with leading up to the wedding. Every wedding needs a Brooke!
