    Brooke is the absolute best!!!!

    Working with Brooke from Ever Wild Weddings was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She stayed in touch throughout the planning process and kept me calm even when I wanted to rush ahead—she let me work at my own pace and never made me feel pressured. On the day of the wedding, Brooke was there for everything, from making sure vendors arrived on time to fixing my dress when it ripped. What really stood out was her kindness and support; she didn't just plan our wedding, she became a true friend. I would recommend Brooke to anyone getting married without hesitation.

    Wedding Coordinator

    Working with Brooke at Ever Wild Weddings was exactly what we needed leading up to our big day. She communicated with us in a straightforward way that made planning feel less overwhelming, and when I started to get nervous right before the ceremony, she was right there to calm me down and pin my boutineer. Brooke genuinely cares about making your wedding special, and it showed in every detail she handled for us. Her service was top-notch without breaking the bank, which we really appreciated. If you're looking for a wedding planner, we would definitely recommend Brooke to other couples without hesitation.

    A Wedding Must!

    Brooke was a key player in making our wedding ceremony & day run smoothly. We hired Brooke as a partial coordinator as our ceremony & dinner was super intimate - just 22 people. Not only was Brooke keeping us organized along the way, but was super helpful in ensuring that all our vendors knew where to be & when. Brooke also helped us set up decorations, and made the whole space look fabulous. If you're in need of a coordinator without breaking the bank, I definitely would recommend working with Brooke!

    The best day-of coordinator!!!

    We truly cannot say enough amazing things about Brooke!! Having someone like Brooke to handle all the behind-the-scenes details allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every moment with our family and friends on our wedding day. Hiring her as our day-of coordinator was one of the best wedding decisions we made. From the months leading up to the big day to the moment our reception ended, Brooke was organized, thoughtful, professional, and incredibly detail-oriented. Before our wedding, she always communicated clearly and in a timely manner, answered all of our questions, and made us feel confident that everything was being taken care of. And on our wedding day, Brooke completely took the reins and made sure our reception ran seamlessly. She set up our venue beautifully, kept everything on schedule, and handled all of the behind-the-scenes details so we could simply relax and enjoy our day. We are so grateful for everything Brooke did to make our wedding day absolutely perfect. If you’re planning a wedding, we cannot recommend Brooke enough!!!

Yes! I love planning these slightly smaller, but still important and meaningful parts of the big day. Anything I can do to take the stress off of you.
Not necessarily! At some point, most of the options will be included in the Full Service package, so we would just upgrade to that if you wanted everything. A la carte is also useful if you want to add something specific on to partial planning or day of.
Yes! Anything within the Chicago area (60605) of 30 miles roundtrip or the Fort Wayne, IN 20 miles North radius, is included in my fees, anything additional will require a small extra charge of $1 per mile. If we are planning a destination wedding or elopement, travel arrangements for myself will be included in our package that we build together as well.
I definitely can! I actually love DIY. Certain set up will be included in my packages regardless and complicated or extra time- consuming DIY projects might include an additional fee.
