    The best day-of coordinator!!!

    We truly cannot say enough amazing things about Brooke!! Having someone like Brooke to handle all the behind-the-scenes details allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every moment with our family and friends on our wedding day. Hiring her as our day-of coordinator was one of the best wedding decisions we made. From the months leading up to the big day to the moment our reception ended, Brooke was organized, thoughtful, professional, and incredibly detail-oriented. Before our wedding, she always communicated clearly and in a timely manner, answered all of our questions, and made us feel confident that everything was being taken care of. And on our wedding day, Brooke completely took the reins and made sure our reception ran seamlessly. She set up our venue beautifully, kept everything on schedule, and handled all of the behind-the-scenes details so we could simply relax and enjoy our day. We are so grateful for everything Brooke did to make our wedding day absolutely perfect. If you’re planning a wedding, we cannot recommend Brooke enough!!!

    Brooke made our day feel effortless!

    We could not have had a more perfect experience, and we can't thank Brooke enough for making it happen. From the beginning, she saw our vision and was on board with all our non-traditional ideas. Her advice and guidance put us at ease as we navigated the planning process. On the big day, she managed a huge room flip effortlessly, kept everything running perfectly on schedule, and still took the time to set up those little details that made our day feel truly special!

    From the photographer’s perspective

    Brooke is an excellent wedding coordinator. As a wedding photographer I want someone to partner with to help make the day go smooth. Brooke did that and more. She was intensive to the bride yet understanding to the photographers creative point of view. She melded ideas and converted them into action. Could not ask for a better day. Thank you, Brooke.

    You need Brooke!

    Brooke is amazing! I seriously cannot say enough good things about her! From the moment she started working with us, I knew she was going to be the best. She was super communicative and thought of everything. It was so great to have her as we got closer to the wedding, because she took care of all the nitty gritty that I just did not have the time to deal with. She made sure the venue was perfectly set up and ready to go and I knew I didn't have to worry with everything in her capable hands! I couldn’t recommend Brooke enough!

Yes! I love planning these slightly smaller, but still important and meaningful parts of the big day. Anything I can do to take the stress off of you.
Not necessarily! At some point, most of the options will be included in the Full Service package, so we would just upgrade to that if you wanted everything. A la carte is also useful if you want to add something specific on to partial planning or day of.
Yes! Anything within the Chicago area (60605) of 30 miles roundtrip or the Fort Wayne, IN 20 miles North radius, is included in my fees, anything additional will require a small extra charge of $1 per mile. If we are planning a destination wedding or elopement, travel arrangements for myself will be included in our package that we build together as well.
I definitely can! I actually love DIY. Certain set up will be included in my packages regardless and complicated or extra time- consuming DIY projects might include an additional fee.
