Rebecca, the founder of the company and ordained officiant, is deeply passionate about supporting couples in love. They educate and support couples through the process; tell them what you want and they'll provide what you need.
Rebecca is an experienced wedding planner and coordinator, producing beautiful weddings for down to earth couples in love. She's also an ordained minister officiant who loves performing wedding ceremonies and supporting couples with premarital counseling. Additionally, she has trained the loved ones of many couples to officiate their wedding with confidence!

Hiring Rebecca was our best decision.
Rebecca is phenomenal. We worked with her for 1.5 years and found that she went above and beyond our expectations every step of the way. On the wedding day, we truly had no worries because we knew that not only is Rebecca capable, but that she had our back and would take care of anything. We can’t say enough wonderful things about Something Profound Weddings - Rebecca brought such calm, thoughtful, and detailed energy to every step of the process and helped us create the most intimate, seamless, and joy-filled restaurant wedding in Chicago. The day flowed effortlessly thanks to Rebecca and Lizzie's incredible organization and communication. We were able to be fully present and just enjoy ourselves. Everything ran like a dream. We went with a coordination package that included unlimited planning meetings, and used these sessions to consult Rebecca and her unlimited knowledge and expertise to plan the right day for us. We love Rebecca
Rebecca was an amazing officiant for our wedding! From our first meeting, she was responsive, organized, and helpful. She made us feel so comfortable and we felt like she truly got to know us as a couple. She helped us choose readings and decide on unity acts for our ceremony, which was initially overwhelming for us. Multiple guests have commented on our ceremony, describing it a "perfect" and Rebecca as "wonderful." If you are looking for an officiant, work with Rebecca.
