The Best Group Project Partner You Could Ask For
If we went back to middle school and someone made us do a group project (please . . . no), Heirloom Event Company is the partner we would pick every single time. After getting engaged, we interviewed so many different wedding planners and companies, trying to find someone who could work with our budget and would prioritize the things we thought were important. From the very first meeting, Haylie exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond anyone else we spoke to. She made the planning process simple and streamlined. She was responsive, kind, patient, and absolutely dogged when it came to tackling tricky issues in the run-up to our wedding. On the day of our wedding, Haylie and Dawn did everything we could have asked from them and more. We kept telling family and friends “I don’t know why everyone says planning a wedding is so difficult”—and Haylie and her team make it look easy. We were honestly sad to leave the planning and prep process behind, because it was such a joy to work with Heirloom.

Our Dream Wedding Brought to Life
Haylie with Heirloom Event Company was absolutely amazing to work with. From the very beginning, she was incredibly organized and consistently thought of details we never would have considered on our own. Leading up to our November 2025 wedding, we met weekly, and Haylie made sure we had everything in place to create the wedding of our dreams. I had a clear vision of what I wanted our wedding day to look like, and Haylie went above and beyond to make sure every single detail was executed perfectly. There is truly no way we could have done this ourselves, especially during the week of and the day of the wedding. Haylie coordinated all of our vendors, set up the decor, and made sure I was taken care of throughout the entire day. As a bride, having that level of support made the experience so much calmer and more enjoyable. Our guests are still talking about how beautifully everything flowed and how perfectly executed the day was. That would not have been possible without Haylie and her incredible team. There is no way I could have planned or had the wedding of my dreams without Heirloom Event Company, and I cannot recommend them enough.

Dream Team Who Made the Impossible Feel Effortless
When I used to think of wedding planners, I pictured the movie version — someone with a headset, barking orders, and obsessing over every tiny detail (I've never been married, so I literally had no idea what to expect!!) But oh boy, was I wrong. I’m not the type of bride who grew up pinning wedding ideas or dreaming about dresses. When I got engaged, I just knew I wanted to celebrate that year, especially since my parents have health challenges and I wanted them to be part of something truly special. But once you start planning a wedding, you realize how overwhelming it all is — the costs, the choices, the emotions. I’m a TV producer, so I know what it takes to plan a big event, but wedding planning is its own beast. It takes people like Haylie and Becca to make it all come to life. Becca, in particular, was like an extension of me. She was funny, caring, and endlessly patient. She offered thoughtful advice when I had no clue what I was doing, and she made sure everything ran smoothly even when I was emotionally overloaded. She’s also incredibly creative — she even hand-made beautiful pieces for me that made the day feel so personal. Haylie and Heirloom Event Co made sure my wedding wasn’t just organized, but deeply special. They’re not the stereotypical “crazy planners with headsets” — they’re a compassionate, talented team who balance professionalism with heart. They understand what matters most: letting you actually be present with your partner, your family, and your friends. My day was better than I could have ever imagined, and I’ll forever be grateful for them.

Heirloom Events Must Use Them!!
Haylie is beyond incredible. If you are looking for a coordinator, look no further. She went above and beyond for every detail and timeline for our special day. We honestly do not know what we would have done without her! We were looking for someone to completely be on top of the little and big things from the month leading up to and our final day. We did not have to worry about a single thing! We were so amazed by the attention to detail, complex relationships to handle, and great attitude Haylie had all around. I will ALWAYS recommend Haylie to anyone getting married. It makes all the difference and we would not have had it any other way!
