Amazing planner, highly recommend!!
Haylie and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with. As a fellow vendor, it's such a joy to partner with a planner who is extremely organized, but also brings a calm, steady presence to even the most logistically complex events. Haylie handled every challenge with grace and professionalism, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes so the couple—and all of us—could focus on what mattered most. We truly can’t wait for the next time we get to work alongside her. A total pro!
Haylie is a rockstar
I was one of the last vendors to be brought on board for a recent wedding. We had just a few weeks to get everybody up to speed with the wedding plan... and this plan was intense- It was a 2 day affair, with multiple locations and ceremonies! BUT it went super smooth. Haylie @ the Heirloom event company was an ABSOLUTE GEM of a human and got us everything we needed to make the big day special. Let's do it again, same time next year:) PS- Videos coming soon!
The BEST Month of Planner
Our wedding went off without a hitch, was the most beautiful days of our lives and I can truthfully say that IT WOULD NOT be possible if it was not for Haylie and her team at Heirloom. From day 1 of speaking with Haylie until breakdown of the wedding she was on top of it, her communication is amazing, and her willingness to do anything you need. One perfect example is, 2 songs into our wedding I ripped my tuxedo pants (whoops) and she was basically already in the car to my hotel to get the 2nd pair. The entire day she worked with event staff, vendors and the wedding party to put on an amazing day. Not only was she amazing st the wedding but the weeks leading up she consistently checked in on my bride to be, communicated with me and made us feel confident that our special day would be perfect. A Perfect Experience
Working with Heirloom was about as perfect of an experience as one could hope for. I’ve collaborated with a lot of planners over the years, and few bring the combination of warmth, professionalism, and precision that Heirloom does. Their team made the day flow effortlessly — every moment was beautifully timed, and they created space for creativity while keeping everything on track. Communication was clear from start to finish, and the couple felt calm, cared for, and completely present — which always leads to better footage. I’d work with Heirloom again in a heartbeat, and I recommend them to any couple (or vendor) who wants a thoughtfully executed, truly memorable event.
