Heirloom - Wedding Coordinator
Working with Haylie for our wedding was hands-down one of the best decisions we made. We actually first met Haylie at another family member's wedding and knew right away how amazing she was. Once we officially started working with her for our own big day, it was such an instant relief. Knowing we had a coordinator who genuinely cared and was extremely detail-oriented made all the difference. Haylie was incredible to work with from start to finish. Throughout the entire planning process, she kept us organized, answered every question, and helped build and support our timeline perfectly. On the day of the wedding, she had come prepared and took lead, which felt like such a relief. From morning until night, she supported us with every single small detail. She took the lead flawlessly and was highly communicative with the venue and all of our other vendors, ensuring everyone was on the same page. Because of this we had so much fun and were able to be truly present! If you want a reliable, talented coordinator who will treat your wedding as if it were her own, look no further than Haylie. We cannot recommend her highly enough!
