Working with Amanda was awesome!
We had the pleasure of working with Amanda for a wedding in Paso Robles, and she was truly wonderful to collaborate with. From start to finish, her communication was clear, timely, and professional, which made the entire planning and execution process seamless. She was extremely understanding and adaptable in all situations, which helped everything stay calm and on track throughout the event. Her attention to detail and strong organization really stood out—everything was well-structured, prepared in advance, and executed smoothly on the day of the wedding. Thanks to her, the event ran on time and without issue. We would absolutely enjoy working with Amanda again and highly recommend her to other couples and vendors alike.

The Best Chicago Wedding Planner
If you are planning a wedding and looking for professional wedding planners, I highly recommend Heirloom Events. We had the pleasure of working with the Founder herself, Haylie, and it was probably one of the best decisions we made when planning our entire wedding. We found Haylie a year out from our wedding and only signed up for month of services, but Haylie treated us like VIP clients the entire time. We felt like we had signed up for full wedding planning services with the attention and care she gave to us and our wedding. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, which lasted a year, I had a million questions, but Haylie was there to answer them all. No matter how big or small or what the question was, she was always there for me with the utmost patience. Whether I had questions about bands, bridal shower gifts, florals, travel, wedding dress boutiques and tailored suits, or anything in between, if you can think of a question regarding a wedding, I probably had it, and Haylie could answer it. Haylie is incredibly knowledgeable and always had answers for me or could point me in the right direction if I needed recommendations. Haylie is incredibly detailed and is a wiz at vendor contracts. She reviews every contract line by line and makes sure you do not miss anything. She knows the right questions to ask vendors and is your advocate throughout the entire wedding planning process. Haylie already knows many of the vendors in the industry and makes sure you are getting the best deal, price, and services for your big day. As I said, she is an advocate for YOU and your wedding the entire time, ensuring you have the most beautiful day you have always imagined. The weeks leading up to our wedding, Haylie was there with a weekly phone call and was on top of every detail for the day making sure everything was covered and no detail, big or small, was missed. Heading into our wedding day, I had the utmost peace knowing our wedding day and every detail was left in the capable hands of Haylie and her team. And that peace is important! You cannot put a price on it. Whether it was the day of timelines, vendors, or any hiccups that randomly popped up (and it is your wedding day, so things will pop up even with the best of planning), Haylie was on top of it and there to handle it. If you think you do not need a wedding planner for your wedding, you do. You do not want to be dealing with details, logistics, or questions on the day of your wedding. It's your wedding day after all, and it is meant to be enjoyed. Instead of stressing, leave it to the wedding planner experts, and that would be Haylie and Heirloom Events. They are truly the BEST! Bonus: They are totally affordable and worth every single penny. If you are planning a wedding, go and book with them immediately. You will not regret it! You will only regret it if you do not book with them.

The Best Group Project Partner You Could Ask For
If we went back to middle school and someone made us do a group project (please . . . no), Heirloom Event Company is the partner we would pick every single time. After getting engaged, we interviewed so many different wedding planners and companies, trying to find someone who could work with our budget and would prioritize the things we thought were important. From the very first meeting, Haylie exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond anyone else we spoke to. She made the planning process simple and streamlined. She was responsive, kind, patient, and absolutely dogged when it came to tackling tricky issues in the run-up to our wedding. On the day of our wedding, Haylie and Dawn did everything we could have asked from them and more. We kept telling family and friends “I don’t know why everyone says planning a wedding is so difficult”—and Haylie and her team make it look easy. We were honestly sad to leave the planning and prep process behind, because it was such a joy to work with Heirloom.

Our Dream Wedding Brought to Life
Haylie with Heirloom Event Company was absolutely amazing to work with. From the very beginning, she was incredibly organized and consistently thought of details we never would have considered on our own. Leading up to our November 2025 wedding, we met weekly, and Haylie made sure we had everything in place to create the wedding of our dreams. I had a clear vision of what I wanted our wedding day to look like, and Haylie went above and beyond to make sure every single detail was executed perfectly. There is truly no way we could have done this ourselves, especially during the week of and the day of the wedding. Haylie coordinated all of our vendors, set up the decor, and made sure I was taken care of throughout the entire day. As a bride, having that level of support made the experience so much calmer and more enjoyable. Our guests are still talking about how beautifully everything flowed and how perfectly executed the day was. That would not have been possible without Haylie and her incredible team.
