Full-service planning is designed for couples who want trusted guidance from the first conversation to the last dance. We oversee contracts, vendor communication, timelines, logistics, and countless behind-the-scenes details while helping you make informed decisions every step of the way. The result is a thoughtful, organized planning experience that allows you to stay present and enjoy the journey.

Planning a wedding away from home comes with unique logistics, timelines, and considerations. Our Destination Planning service provides thoughtful guidance through vendor sourcing, travel coordination, guest logistics, design, and on-site execution so you can stay focused on the experience while we help manage the details behind the scenes.

Partial Planning is designed for couples who have already started planning but want expert guidance as decisions become more complex. We provide ongoing support, vendor recommendations, budget guidance, design direction, and planning oversight to help you stay organized, confident, and on track without carrying the entire process on your own.

Event Management is designed for couples who have planned their wedding but want a professional team to take over the final details and execution. Beginning several weeks before the wedding, we review vendor contracts, create a comprehensive timeline, confirm logistics, and coordinate every moving piece so you can be fully present and enjoy your celebration.

    Felt so cared for!

    Kate made us feel so cared for leading up to and on our wedding day. She anticipated our needs and was a delightful presence day-of. Kate helped us dream up and curate a beautiful ceremony and reception that felt very us. She put together a lovely gallery wall in our cocktail hour space, communicated with our vendors throughout the night, and made us feel so supported through it all. When our reception ended, we went up to the apartment above our venue and found that Kate had decorated it with some of our leftover flowers, photos, and decor. It was the most thoughtful gesture and such a special surprise to end the night. Kate is genuine, kind, funny, and down-to-earth. We were so lucky to have Kate’s support & friendship and couldn’t imagine the day without her.

    Professional, Organized & Wonderful to Work With

    Amazing!

    We had such a great experience working with Amanda! She and her team were kind, welcoming, and fun to work with from the second we arrived.     Heirloom - Wedding Coordinator

    Working with Haylie for our wedding was hands-down one of the best decisions we made. We actually first met Haylie at another family member's wedding and knew right away how amazing she was. Once we officially started working with her for our own big day, it was such an instant relief. Knowing we had a coordinator who genuinely cared and was extremely detail-oriented made all the difference. Haylie was incredible to work with from start to finish. Throughout the entire planning process, she kept us organized, answered every question, and helped build and support our timeline perfectly. On the day of the wedding, she had come prepared and took lead, which felt like such a relief. From morning until night, she supported us with every single small detail. She took the lead flawlessly and was highly communicative with the venue and all of our other vendors, ensuring everyone was on the same page. Because of this we had so much fun and were able to be truly present! If you want a reliable, talented coordinator who will treat your wedding as if it were her own, look no further than Haylie.
