BW Studio+Events
BW Studio+Events is a Chicago-based event coordination and planning group serving Chicagoland and surrounding suburbs. The Studio focuses on intimate weddings with unique flair and lots of personal touches. Blair founded BW Studio after hosting a number of non-profit events and finding herself completely immersed in the process. Once she realized her knack for event organization and planning, the studio was quickly born.
BW Studio wants your wedding to be as unique as you two are! We always strive to tell a complete story of the couple with every event we plan. We also aim to be as digital of a company as possibly allowed by the creative nature of this industry. Tools will be made available to you 24/7 through our online platform, and we will try to keep paper use to a minimum. We consider it part of our mission to reduce waste whenever possible. Let’s chat about ways to ‘green up’ your wedding… with or without eucalyptus.

An absolute must for your wedding day
Blair and Rosie were great. Our wedding day ran smoothly from start to finish, and we were able to relax and truly enjoy every moment because of them they handled every detail with care. Hiring BW was one of the best decisions we made.

Kind, Professional, and Helpful!
We chose Blair and her team at BW Studio for our November wedding in Chicago and we are so glad that we did! We opted for coordination instead of planning services, but they were always available for our questions throughout the entire planning process and did a fantastic job at making sure that we were on track. On our wedding day, we didn't think about logistics or the reception set up for a second because Blair and her team had it completely handled. We can't thank BW Studio enough and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding planner or coordinator!

The Little Details
We used BW Studio Events as our day of coordinator and for the last couple of months of planning leading up to the wedding. Blair was amazing to work with. She was responsive and answered all my questions, making the planning process smooth and stress-free. Blair brought up important checklist items for the wedding that I didn't know about, and helped us set a timeline to get everything completed. On the day of the wedding, she communicated with all the vendors so that everything ran seamlessly, and our special day was stress free! I highly recommend using them.
