BW Studio+Events
BW Studio+Events is a Chicago-based event coordination and planning group serving Chicagoland and surrounding suburbs. The Studio focuses on intimate weddings with unique flair and lots of personal touches. Blair founded BW Studio after hosting a number of non-profit events and finding herself completely immersed in the process. Once she realized her knack for event organization and planning, the studio was quickly born.
BW Studio wants your wedding to be as unique as you two are! We always strive to tell a complete story of the couple with every event we plan. We also aim to be as digital of a company as possibly allowed by the creative nature of this industry. Tools will be made available to you 24/7 through our online platform, and we will try to keep paper use to a minimum. We consider it part of our mission to reduce waste whenever possible. Let’s chat about ways to ‘green up’ your wedding… with or without eucalyptus.

Run, don't walk, to the phone to call BW Studio
Working with BW Studio Events made planning our wedding feel less stressful and so much more enjoyable. From our first conversation, the team was responsive and genuinely listened to what we wanted for our day, never pushing us in a direction that didn't feel right. They came to the table with creative ideas that actually solved problems we didn't even know we had, and their knowledge of vendors and logistics was incredibly helpful. Everything I said I wanted they made happen. What stood out most was how they stayed ahead of things—always checking in, catching details before they became issues, and making sure we felt supported every step of the way. The whole process felt manageable because they handled so much behind the scenes, and on our wedding day everything came together beautifully. We'd recommend BW Studio Events to any couple looking for planners who truly care about making your vision happen.

Highly Recommend!!
If I could give Neva, Blair, and their team more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Calling them a "day-of coordinator" doesn't even begin to describe everything they do. From the moment we booked with them, Neva was there every step of the way. She constantly checked in, sent helpful countdown reminders and planning tips, and always asked what she could do to help. It was so much more than I ever expected and truly made the planning process so much less overwhelming. Our check-in meetings were always incredibly helpful. Neva made sure we covered every detail, reminded me of things I may have forgotten, and helped me navigate anything I wasn't sure about. As someone who is very Type A, I especially loved the detailed timeline she created, it was absolutely perfect and gave me so much peace of mind! On our wedding day, everything felt seamless. I'm sure there were little hiccups behind the scenes (because there always are), but thanks to Neva and her team, I never had to worry about a single one of them. I was able to be fully present, enjoy every moment, and never once felt stressed about vendors, logistics, or what was happening next. They handled everything with such professionalism and care. Neva was so attentive to every little detail that was important to me, and it truly showed throughout the entire day. I can't thank her, Blair, and the rest of the team enough for everything they did to make our wedding day so special. They went above and beyond in every possible way, and I would recommend them to any couple without hesitation. They are worth every penny and were truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! Thank you all!

Blair is the best!
Blair at BW Studio Events made our wedding dreams come true. From start to finish, she was responsive to our questions, open to our ideas, and patient as we worked through all the details. She connected us with high-quality vendors that we trusted completely, which gave us peace of mind during the planning process. On our wedding day, everything ran smoothly exactly as we had planned it, and we were able to actually relax and enjoy ourselves instead of worrying. We cannot recommend BW Studios enough! We worked with Michelle and Neva for both wedding coordination in the months leading up to our wedding and day-of coordination, and they were absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Their communication was incredible. They responded to emails promptly, always within 24 hours and often the very same day. They answered every question we had, supported our ideas, and helped take so much of the stress and last-minute planning off our shoulders. On our wedding day, they truly allowed us to be fully present. I never once worried about what was happening behind the scenes because I knew Michelle and Neva had everything handled. Their organization, professionalism, and attention to detail made the entire day run seamlessly, and we were able to simply enjoy every moment. We are so grateful they were part of our wedding team and can confidently say hiring them was one of the best decisions we made throughout the planning process.

THE BEST DAY OF COORDINATORS!
Angelena and Blair were absolutely fantastic as our day-of coordinators! From the moment we met them, both women were incredibly friendly, professional, and communicative, which immediately put us at ease. They jumped in three months before the wedding and held calls with us and took over coordinating with vendors, which kept everything organized and on track leading up to the big day. Their planning calls were so thorough and thoughtful that, as a very type A bride, I truly felt comfortable relinquishing the reins and trusting them completely. On the wedding day itself, both women were phenomenal. They handled every detail seamlessly, solved problems calmly and efficiently (including an issue with the wrong cake received!), and maintained such a steady, positive presence throughout the day. Not only did we love working with them, but our family members and bridal party kept commenting on how wonderful they were as well. We genuinely could not have asked for a better experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for coordinators who are organized, dependable, and truly care about making your day perfect. We love you BW Studio Events!
