BW Studio+Events is a Chicago-based event coordination and planning group serving Chicagoland and surrounding suburbs. The Studio focuses on intimate weddings with unique flair and lots of personal touches. Blair founded BW Studio after hosting a number of non-profit events and finding herself completely immersed in the process. Once she realized her knack for event organization and planning, the studio was quickly born.

BW Studio wants your wedding to be as unique as you two are! We always strive to tell a complete story of the couple with every event we plan. We also aim to be as digital of a company as possibly allowed by the creative nature of this industry. Tools will be made available to you 24/7 through our online platform, and we will try to keep paper use to a minimum. We consider it part of our mission to reduce waste whenever possible. Let’s chat about ways to ‘green up’ your wedding… with or without eucalyptus.

    Late in our planning process, Blair and her team came highly recommended to us by our venue. We can see exactly why they were recommended and couldn't be happier with BW Studios. They were ready to jump in and help us with anything we needed help with. They are extremely responsive and detail oriented. We also looooved using Aisle Planner, which is the software they provide you to help manage your to do list, timeline, and calendar. They helped us to feel extremely stress-free going into the wedding weekend. On the day of, we were so calm and able to enjoy the day with our friends and family knowing that the team had everything under control! We had run out of tequila after the cocktail hour, and Neva happily ran out to purchase more! At the end of the night every single thing was packed up and organized for easy clean up. Truly could not recommend working with BW Studios more!!! Thank you to Blair, Neva, and Elly - you helped make our day more perfect than we could have ever imagined!

    If you’re thinking “should I hire Blair?”, the answer is yes! Blair and her team are absolutely fantastic! My husband and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She was incredibly organized, kind, knowledgeable, responsive, and thoughtful about the details of our wedding. We appreciated her insights into vendors and she provided us with great options for every vendor we needed. If we wanted more options, she gave us more options. She was very helpful on calls and provided us with questions for vendors so that we could plan our wedding with as little stress as possible. Blair was always calm and reassuring. She gave us the confidence to make tough decisions. We thought that Blair really understood what was important to us and got our vision for our wedding. She helped us make our dreams a reality at every turn. The day of went perfectly, and it was great that we knew Blair was there to handle all the details. Our family and bridal party got to spend time with us while the ideal professionals made sure it all went smoothly. We also attended a friend’s wedding that Blair planned, and that wedding was amazing as well! Our family were thrilled and still bring up how much they loved Blair. In short, we were so lucky that Blair was a huge part of our day! Thank you, Blair!

    Blair is professional, friendly, organized, and works incredibly well with other vendors to make your wedding day stress-free, allowing you to just relax and enjoy your day. As a wedding professional myself, I appreciate her attention to detail, communication prior to the wedding day, and help as needed during the day, while also trusting and allowing us to do our jobs as photographers. I would highly recommend her and trust her with any of my couples.
