I have been a wedding planner for over 20 years. I am here to support your ideas and help you find ways to make your wedding day the experience you imagine. I also specialize in planning weddings in a very short amount of time. Its a wonderful challenge and you’ll receive no judgement from me about your timelines! There are no geographic limitations. I’m comfortable working remotely for the planning process and have traveled extensively domestically and abroad. I have supported people from all backgrounds in their journey towards a lifetime of love together. I network extensively with other vendors & have a passion for collaboration.

My background is as a corporate and non-profit event planner, including a year and a half doing international work. The variety of the type of work that I have done over the course of my career means that I’ve seen it all…and I can handle it! A great part of the work of a planner is being a problem-solver combined with the knowledge of how to connect with people. This is my passion and who I am to my core – a people-person with an eye for detail and a brain for logistics. I don't come from a traditional "wedding planning" background, so I love thinking creatively about all aspects of weddings and how to support my couples with their goals.

    Sholeh was a blessing when it came to planning our wedding. Her planning documents were detailed and accurate. They served as the perfect “plan of action” guides…we knew what to do and when. She had recommendations and contact for all vendor needs. There were a few instances when my chosen vendors did not respond timely and she jumped right in to get the answers and confirmations I needed. She was a lifesaver the day of the wedding. She coordinated the setup at the chapel and reception site…I did not have to worry about a thing. Her “emergency kit” came in handy when we had tuxedo button and bustle issues. She was such a pleasure to work with and extremely professional yet personable and reliable. She helped make the planning less stressful and more exciting. Thank you so much Sholeh!

    Wherever you are on your checklist, the next thing you MUST do is book Sholeh as your coordinator/planner/life saver/therapist/best decision we made for our wedding. From the start, she had such a calm and positive energy that fit our vibe perfectly. She provided us with a boat load of tools and checklists from the day we signed our contract. Her network of contacts helped us form literally the Wedding Vendor Avengers. One example, our officiant fell ill ONE WEEK BEFORE THE WEDDING. Sholeh found our officiant within days who put together the most beautiful ceremony imaginable. Sholeh ran our rehearsal and stood in the doorway at the ceremony to ensure a seamless processional. She was a seamstress, an interior decorator, performed crowd control, you name it. Literally, I couldn't tell you what went wrong at my wedding.     I can’t stress this enough – what makes Sholeh truly special and unique is the way she tailors her support to fit each couple’s specific needs, rather than offering a one-size-fits-all package like many others do. We worked with her as our day-of coordinator. We had some very specific needs for our day, but knowing Sholeh’s work and experience with other weddings, we had complete confidence in her ability to make it all happen – and she absolutely did. Beyond her talent and professionalism, she was also such a joy to work with. Her positive energy and calm presence made the entire process not only easier but genuinely enjoyable. We can’t thank Sholeh and her team enough for all their hard work on our wedding day. We know how much went into making everything run smoothly, and we’re so appreciative of how she made it ALL happen. Our day was absolutely gorgeous – she brought our vision to life, and our friends and family were completely blown away! Beyond the logistics, Sholeh went above and beyond in so many thoughtful ways. She helped me navigate some tough moments, took beautiful behind-the-scenes photos when she could (which we’re so thankful for), and added little special touches that meant so much. We truly couldn’t have done it without her, and I’m certain the day went as wonderfully as it did because we chose her.     Sholeh was wonderful! She was detail oriented, attentive, quick to answer questions, and fun to work with! Sholeh made the planning process smooth and ensured that every detail was prepared before the big day. She helped coordinate vendors, and tackle challenges as they came up on the day of the wedding. My whole family enjoyed working with her and were sharing how pleased they were with everything. We got feedback from so many people how beautiful the wedding was thanks to the hard work of everyone on our wedding team, with Sholeh leading the charge!
