    There was some confusion around the process of actually getting assigned a day-of coordinator due to lack of communication, which added some stress around the 3-week mark. Once we had that sorted out and we were actually paired with our coordinator, everything went super smoothly and we were extremely happy with the service we received. We were on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator and ultimately it was the best decision we could've made. Kumbah was incredible and our wedding would've been a wreck without her!

    We’re incredibly thankful to Mostest for assigning Ella Tabak as our wedding planner. With almost no ramp-up time, she came in and handled everything like a true professional. What really stood out was how well she managed communication—not just with us, but with all of our vendors. She became the glue that held everything together. Even when things got behind schedule (as they often do at weddings), she remained composed and ensured everything still flowed. Ella’s support and guidance were invaluable.

    We loved working with Ella! I plan events for a living so wasn't planning to get a coordinator for the engagement party but it made a HUGE difference not having to set up for the event/worry about logistics/all the small details. Because of Ella, my fiancé and I were able to really just be present and enjoy the evening - and everything felt so smooth & seamless.
