    Your experience with Mostest will highly depend on your assigned planner. Fortunately Mostest allows you to request a switch if it’s not a fit. I was originally paired with a coordinator who was not as proactive/did not project confidence and ability to guide. Mostest was super accommodating with getting me reassigned, replacing my original planner with Lanise within a day of me contacting them. Everything was smooth sailing from there on out! If you’re in Houston I highly recommend Lanise as a month-of coordinator! She consistently went above and beyond leading up to and on the day of my wedding. She is professional, organized, confident, and creative. I am a very Type A person, so it was important to me to have someone I could really trust with the details. Lanise sent detailed recaps with action items after each of our weekly meetings, was available over text when I had questions, smoothly handled vendor communications and even some family coordination for speeches, conducted venue visits, and did an AMAZING job decorating and keeping things moving on the day of. I came in with a pretty detailed vision and provided mockups of my table settings and special decor, but Lanise truly understood the assignment and executed it with such care and precision. I was blown away when I walked into the venue. She did not miss a detail! She was also just a fun and reliable presence throughout the night and even took what ended up being some of our favorite photos for us on her phone. Highly recommend!!!

    We had a fantastic experience! Our month-of-coordinator Michelle was amazing from the start, incredibly communicative and flexible with her scheduling. We took a pre-wedding trip the month before our wedding, and Michelle really helped us be able to relax during it by communicating with our vendors and getting so many details we didn't realize we needed. And day-of she went above and beyond, from helping us decorate with our DIY bud vases to keeping timing on track to helping us clean everything up at the end of the night. We probably don't even realize half the things she smoothed over for us on our wedding day because we didn't even have to think about them! We truly couldn't have done it without her - I'm very glad we decided to go with Mostest :)

    Having normally led planning for family events, I was the type of bride who was in danger of anxious hyper-organization mode the day of. Thankfully, Samar took charge and deftly kept all vendors, guests, and moving parts on track and performing as needed, down to the toddler who was tasked with bearing our wedding rings! She has the calmest, even-keeled demeanor that put us at ease and allowed us to focus on enjoying the event ourselves instead of stressing about every detail. When I say she kept calm, so I kept calm, I absolutely mean it. We highly recommend her as a coordinator and are incredibly grateful for her organization of the day.

    I am so happy that I used Mostest to help me with my wedding. If you are on the fence about a day of coordinator, PLEASE make sure that you get one. Weeks leading up to my wedding I was becoming burnt out. My amazing coordinator, Arianna, did such an amazing job taking charge of getting my ducks in a row and also keeping everything running smoothly during my wedding day. I appreciate her so much! I also had an amazing content creator, Nicolette, who was so sweet and was able to pull together content through her own creative lense while still understanding my vision. I opted for a content creator instead of a videographer, and don’t regret this decision at all. I was elated to receive my reels the next evening, and have watched them every day since. They are so good, and highlighted all of the happiest and most beautiful moments. Lastly, thank you to Katherine for her help with my SBB floral set up and return. I’m so pleased with Mostest. My best friend will also trust Mostest with her upcoming wedding this year, after seeing such a positive outcome.
