    Loved Staffie

    We had the absolute best experience working with Staffie, who we hired as our 60-day out wedding coordinator, and I truly cannot recommend her enough! The last two months leading up to a wedding can be incredibly stressful, and having Staffie step in when she did took such a huge weight off our shoulders. She helped keep everything organized, made sure all of the little details were accounted for, and gave me so much peace of mind going into the wedding. What I loved most about working with Staffie was how much she genuinely cared about bringing my vision to life. I had a LOT of very niche requests and specific ideas for our wedding, and she somehow made all of them happen exactly how I pictured them. Nothing ever felt like “too much” or too complicated, and she was always willing to figure out how to make it work. Beyond being amazing at what she does, Staffie was just such a joy to be around throughout the entire process. She was calm, kind, reassuring, and made what could have been a very overwhelming time feel so much more fun. And an added bonus…Staffie’s husband does content creation, so if you’re looking for someone to capture all of those behind-the-scenes moments and little details throughout your wedding, she can help with that as well! Hiring Staffie for those final 60 days was truly one of the best decisions we made. She allowed us to actually enjoy the lead-up to our wedding and, most importantly, be fully present on our wedding day. I am so grateful for everything she did to make our wedding exactly what we envisioned, and I would recommend Staffie to any couple planning their wedding!!! The wedding was the best day of our lives!!

    5 Star Wedding Coordination

    Gabriella was absolutely amazing throughout our entire wedding planning process! From the very beginning, she was organized, attentive, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our wedding day everything we dreamed it would be. On the wedding day itself, she made everything feel effortless. She handled all the little details, kept everything running smoothly, and made sure we never had to worry about a thing. We were able to truly enjoy every moment because we knew everything was in such capable hands.     Couldn't Have Asked for a Better Coordinator

    We worked with Valerie as our coordinator for the 30-days leading up to our wedding, and on the day-of. From the very first call she put our minds at ease about where things stood, and made sure to take as much off of our plates as she could so we could enjoy the lead up to the wedding. She was proactive about communicating with the rest of our vendor team, and everything worked out so perfectly because of her help. And on the day of our reception and ceremony spaces looked more gorgeous than we could have imagined thanks to her attention to detail and hard work setting everything up. We'd recommend working with Val 100 times over to any couple!

    Our Wedding Hero!

    We had already planned most of our wedding, so the Mostest team helped us choose the service that made the most sense for us. We matched with Nicole Hampton for Month of Coordination for our Chicago suburb wedding and it was the best decision! Nicole is an absolute professional, and it's obvious how passionate she is about event planning. She is incredibly detail-oriented, organized, experienced, friendly, and fun to work with. From coordinating all of our vendors (including one particularly challenging vendor) to managing every detail behind the scenes, she took all of the stress off our plate. On our wedding day, we didn't have to worry about a single thing. If an issue came up, Nicole handled it before I even knew about it. She was proactive, confident, and firm when needed, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Because of her, we were able to be fully present and truly enjoy every moment of our wedding day. I cannot recommend Nicole enough. We would not have been able to enjoy our day the way we did without her.
