Mostest gives you a professional for just the parts of your wedding you want to hand off. Our coordinators take over 30 or 60 days before your wedding. They confirm every vendor, build your timeline and floor plan, run the rehearsal, and handle up to 10 hours on-site so you can enjoy the day. Still early in planning? Design My Event ($395) gives you a full concept and playbook, and Book My Vendors ($595) sources and books up to three vendors for you. You only pay for what you need. Most planners sell one all-in package. Mostest lets you pick the help you want: an event concept ($395), vendor sourcing and booking ($595), or coordination that starts 30 or 60 days before your wedding. You’ll know who’s running your day. You meet your coordinator well before the wedding. They confirm every vendor, build your timeline and floor plan, run the rehearsal, and stay on-site for up to 10 hours. No surprises. Pricing is clear and upfront, Klarna is available, and our insurance covers $1M for venues that require it. Best of Zola three years running.

    Ella T. Saves the Day

    Hiring Ella as my day-of coordinator was the best decision I made after choosing to marry my husband. With 30 days of support leading up to my wedding, she completely rescued me from the throes of wedding-planning misery. Ella is smart, organized, prompt, thoughtful, assertive, and incredibly competent. She helped me make decisions, tied up countless loose ends, kept my vendors in shape, and always kept it real while somehow making everything feel fun and manageable. I trusted her almost immediately and knew I was in the best hands. Our wedding was at a restaurant with complicated logistics and just a 1.5-hour window to set up the entire venue. Ella handled it all flawlessly and kept me completely stress-free on my wedding day. I was actually able to enjoy my wedding instead of worrying about what was happening behind the scenes. She was an absolute dream to work with, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly for a wedding or any event. I truly hope I get to work with her again!

    Loved Staffie

    We had the absolute best experience working with Staffie, who we hired as our 60-day out wedding coordinator, and I truly cannot recommend her enough! The last two months leading up to a wedding can be incredibly stressful, and having Staffie step in when she did took such a huge weight off our shoulders. She helped keep everything organized, made sure all of the little details were accounted for, and gave me so much peace of mind going into the wedding. What I loved most about working with Staffie was how much she genuinely cared about bringing my vision to life. I had a LOT of very niche requests and specific ideas for our wedding, and she somehow made all of them happen exactly how I pictured them. Nothing ever felt like “too much” or too complicated, and she was always willing to figure out how to make it work. Beyond being amazing at what she does, Staffie was just such a joy to be around throughout the entire process. She was calm, kind, reassuring, and made what could have been a very overwhelming time feel so much more fun. And an added bonus…Staffie’s husband does content creation, so if you’re looking for someone to capture all of those behind-the-scenes moments and little details throughout your wedding, she can help with that as well! Hiring Staffie for those final 60 days was truly one of the best decisions we made. She allowed us to actually enjoy the lead-up to our wedding and, most importantly, be fully present on our wedding day. I am so grateful for everything she did to make our wedding exactly what we envisioned, and I would recommend Staffie to any couple planning their wedding!!! The wedding was the best day of our lives!!

    Gabriella was absolutely amazing throughout our entire wedding planning process!     Couldn't Have Asked for a Better Coordinator

    We worked with Valerie as our coordinator for the 30-days leading up to our wedding, and on the day-of. From the very first call she put our minds at ease about where things stood, and made sure to take as much off of our plates as she could so we could enjoy the lead up to the wedding. She was proactive about communicating with the rest of our vendor team, and everything worked out so perfectly because of her help. And on the day of our reception and ceremony spaces looked more gorgeous than we could have imagined thanks to her attention to detail and hard work setting everything up. We'd recommend working with Val 100 times over to any couple!
