The first time I worked as an event coordinator, I knew I had found my calling. In 2022, I followed my heart and began planning weddings, parties, and events as my career and I've never looked back! I have a wandering soul. I was born in Massachusetts, went to college in Vermont, studied abroad in Ireland, struck out to Utah and have now settled down in Southern California. On the weekends when I'm not working, you can find me chasing the last 7 of my bucket list states, exploring our nation's national parks, or hunting for all kinds of treasure - from metal detecting on the beach to sifting through thrift store aisles!

    I contacted Rachel to help day-of our belated wedding reception we called our "Happily Ever After". I thought it was cute how the business is called "Happily Ever Adventure Co." which goes with the theme, but I ended up choosing her over others after our consultation because everything seemed to be aligned in expectations. Plus I loved how personable and authentic she is! Even though I told her I only needed help day-of so I could enjoy the event without playing "host", she still helped follow up with vendors and make sure I had everything ready to go even a month before. I dropped off the decorations at the venue the day before so she had everything to set up. I'll be honest and say I didn't have a clear vision of what I wanted the decorations to end up looking like, but whatever expectations I had she blew me away! I almost cried seeing the sweetheart table come together so perfectly. Throughout the night she and Mallory were on top of helping the vendors get set up and striked, took care of any issues that came up flawlessly, kept me and the groom on our timeline (in a nice and somewhat flexible way that ensured everything got done but we still enjoyed our time), and always made sure I had a drink in my hand (whether our signature cocktail or water). They definitely helped my vague vision of what I wanted the night to be become something better than I could ever have hoped for. They even were able to clean everything up and packed away without me having to worry about anything. They were a huge help, and more than that, they were so fun to work with that I'm willing to hang out and grab drinks with them at some point! Everything went so smoothly on our big day, and 90% of that is because of Rachel and Mallory. I can't thank them enough!

    Rachel is absolutely incredible. From our first call to the final moments, she was present, dedicated, and made our special day an absolute dream. Her attention to detail and appreciation for the finer things helped us hyper focus on all the most important parts of our day, and she truly helped to alleviate all of the wedding day stress by jumping in 100%. On top of being the best in the business — Rachel is just genuinely such an empathetic, kind, and very cool person — I was so excited when I met her that I texted my then-fiance that it was a life goal to work with her, if not befriend her. You could not be in better hands. Thank you Rachel!
