With her extensive experience in Fashion Merchandising, Design, Styling, Business Mind & Event Coordinating Carolyn took her experience and vision to create her own company, Fête Events. Carolyn’s combination of energy & organization makes each of her events stand out among the rest. She combines her corporate training, design background with her amazing attention to detail, which creates timeless and unforgettable unique celebrations.

She brings a wealth of experience and ideas, yet matches each event or wedding to the bride & groom's personal style. It is important that your event reflects you, & is exactly what you want it to be. Whether it's a beach, Formal affair, or theme wedding, we will take your vision and bring it to life.     Our saving Grace

    Where do I even begin? From the moment I found our coordinator, she has truly been our saving grace. From day one, she stood by our side and was there to ask all the questions—the easy ones, the silly ones, and especially the hard ones. She never made us feel like we were asking too much. Instead, she made us feel supported every step of the way. She has a way of making you feel like you’ve known her forever—almost like a best friend. She kept me calm, collected, and reassured throughout the entire planning process, all the way through the wedding and reception. Her presence alone brought me peace. Even when things could have been stressful, she never showed signs of being overwhelmed. She made everything look effortless, while behind the scenes she was making sure everything came together beautifully. She has incredible charisma, is extremely knowledgeable, and stays up-to-date with the latest wedding trends. What I appreciated most was her ability to help us find beautiful and affordable alternatives without compromising the vision we had for our wedding. She went above and beyond, and I honestly cannot imagine having planned our wedding without her. If you are looking for someone who will truly listen, guide you, calm you, support you, and make you feel like family, she is the one! I would highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding or special event. And honestly, I would choose her again and again for every event in the future! Thank you for being our saving grace and helping make our wedding everything we dreamed it would be. We are forever grateful!

    I was recommended to Fete Events from a good friend of mine, and I knew right away that we wanted her to be our day of coordinator! Carolyn is extremely communicative, patient, knowledgable, and helped us through every step of the way. She talked us through every little detail of our wedding, attended our tasting and final walkthrough, and was always listening to what we wanted and making our ideas happen. She knows a lot of people in the area which was helpful as we were choosing vendors getting pricing. On the day of, everything flowed so smoothly and turned out exactly as we imagined. We couldn't recommend her enough!

    Best wedding planner EVER!!

    Carolyn was AMAZING! She did monthly check ups, brought up things that I didn't even think about, quick to respond, and more! I didn't even tell her what to do or where to put stuff for my wedding, and she made everything PERFECT. I felt so relaxed and at ease knowing she was there. I can't recommend her enough!!!

    Perfect choice!!

    Carolyn with Fete events is the BEST! We just got married on Saturday and everyone was so impressed with her professionalism and experience. She made our weekend so smooth. She went above and beyond the entire wedding process! We can’t thank her enough. I’d recommend her to anyone.

    A True Godsend – Seamless, Stress-Free Wedding Day

    Hiring her was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She was truly a godsend. From day one, she was incredibly responsive, empathetic, and always available whenever I had questions or doubts. I’m not naturally a “wedding person,” yet we had a large wedding, and at times the planning process felt overwhelming. She made everything feel doable and manageable, especially during moments when I was second-guessing myself. Her calm presence and reassurance made such a difference. She brings so much experience and is so well connected in San Diego, which made coordination seamless. Most importantly, she brought my vision for our big day to life with very little for me to worry about. I was able to actually enjoy the process — and the day itself — because I trusted her completely. I highly, highly recommend her to any bride who wants a smooth, beautifully executed wedding with a coordinator who truly cares.
