I am Dakotah with Kota Video. I started this company with a passion for storytelling and it has grown into something I am incredibly proud of. I love filming weddings and capturing such special moments and the reactions I get from couples makes everything worth it. Packages are customizable to your vision! Kota Video will never farm out your wedding to other unknown shooters. Kota Video is owned and operated by Dakotah Douglas and partners with talented photographers to give you the best possible experience for your special day. I have developed a keen eye for storytelling over nearly 10 years of practice. I know what shots to get and dynamically add new ones for each location I shoot at. I know when and where to be at all times. This shines through in the editing room where it all comes together. We are friendly to couples of all races, ethnicities, gender identity, and sexual preference.

Absolutely Obsessed
Originally when planning our wedding, my now husband and I really wanted a wedding video that captured the true feeling of the moment. We weren’t just looking for a videographer, but someone who was a visionary, and to say that about Dakotah is such an understatement. He created a true cinematic masterpiece for my husband and I that left us crying on the couch. Before booking him for our special day, I had reviewed multiple samples of his work and every video left me with tears in my eyes, (mind you, I don’t even know these people haha), but that’s when I knew Dakotah could deliver exactly what we were looking for!
